Dunkin'

Ordered a Box of Joe and a half dozen donuts. The coffee was fully complete with cups, lids, stirrers, a variety of different types of sugar in packets, several Half n Half containers. The donuts were fresh and tasty. The service is top notch, attentive and prompt and best of all...correct. I was very happy here. Be warned though: the line of cars waiting in the Drive-Through is long and never ending. That's not from slow service but from cars continuously coming in. Highly recommend this place.

Got caught in a surprise snowstorm! They allowed me to hang out in the parking lot with my rental I was just learning to drive. Between the smiles and hot coffee, I stayed warm and felt welcome! Thank you!

Staff is always friendly and orders are correct and ready quickly! Great place to stop on the way to work.

I've been obsessed with the caramel cappuccino blast lately and it's perfect & delicious each time. This morning, they were out of the vanilla ice cream that's mixed in it, and offered to put chocolate ice cream in it instead.... and it was still sooo yummy 😋 I still prefer the regular way with vanilla, but just wanna say thank you for offering a different way because it was still delicious!

Anyone who knows me knows I love Dunkin and truly run on their coffee. The location that I usually go to on Oak Ridge is being remodeled. But luckily there are two other locations close by the one on Dual Hwy. is now my go to. I've got to have my coffee and bagel every day and really couldn't function without them. They are just as good at this location all the way around no complaints.

Fast and friendly service, the food was great, and the coffee was fantastic! So a pretty normal experience for a Dunkin', LOL!

I don't stop at this particular Dunkin' often, but I've always noticed that it's a very busy location. This time, I was there early, so there wasn't a line of cars yet. There is a Dunkin' location a little closer to where I live, but based on this latest experience at the Foxshire Plaza location, I'll have to try this location more often.

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to get coffee on my way to work and they were slammed… Super busy. I went inside to order and you could tell the employees were feeling the rush but they did a great job. I screwed up my order on the kiosk to make matters worse for them, but the younger light skinned lady was very respectful and fixed my order for me.

Today I came to Dunkin’ on the dual high way at 11:00 the drive Thur was packed so I chose to come into the store. Wow it was packed in there as well. I am so glad I came in because it was super fast service. I sure the drive Thur was as well. The best part was even though they were crazy busy the manager was out on the front helping to get order delivered fast. He kept encouraging his staff telling them they were doing an amazing job and keep up the great work. My order was perfect and the cashier working was super friendly and didn’t rush me. The manager today was absolutely amazing. Probably very good to work for. It’s nice to see employees being appreciated when the store is packed and busy. Also everything I ordered was delicious.

Fast, friendly, accurate. Zero complaints! The line moves quickly, the people are nice, and my order is always correct and my coffee and food are always perfect.

I love this Dunkin. It is on my way to work, so I go there often. I have noticed within the past year or two (I think) that the management and team members have changed, and it has done nothing but good things for them. The quality and efficiency has improved so much. The morning crew is absolutely amazing. Two of my favorites are definitely Miss Kathy, and one of the male, I assume managers, because he stands out (in a good way). Their team seems to work well together, and it’s nice to get a good product every time, especially 😴 at 730 in the morning. I will continue to frequent this location, and look forward to many more Dunkin runs in the future.

Seems management has changed and there are new faces. This wonder young lady name Xavier was absolutely amazing performance. She had the first rate class one customer service. And you wonder why this company is closing 800 plus stores. Corporate America doesn't and will never get it. Our most Precious commodity is Human Resources, Human beings! Changing out great people or not promoting people in position to achieve greatness, brings customers who appreciate that kind of services.
Just WOW!!! I will NOT be coming back.

Staff is outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Of course, the ice cream is incredible.

Everyone at this location is always very kind, poised and efficient. Coffee rarely tastes different (they are very consistent, which is something i really enjoy). They are a little out of the way, but i will gladly make the journey to this location.

First and foremost the staff is wonderful and great to deal with , but 1 staff person she the assistant manager I call her X because she doesn't require the lime light but she is very effective. However, I will be remiss if I don't take this time out and mention, why in God's green earth, is Corporate not fixing their A/C and giving us customers the run around excuses? How can they treat their employees is such a disrespectful manner? How can DD say America Runs on DD, when one can't barely stay inside the building to order? Corporate executives let's show some compassion to the small people who work their BUTTS off for you. WOW!!!

Brian at the register is a rock star 10 out of 10 recommend. Super polite and patient and professional without seeming fake. Best part of our stop in Maryland
