Always very busy, but the employees work really fast to get the line down. Never had a problem other than waiting
And, it's usually on a customer who doesn't know what they want.

I normally don't leave reviews for convenience stores, but this one deserved it after reading some of the reviews . My son and I went in last night, 03-09-19. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. One fountain drink, an apple, and lottery ticket later; we were checking out . The cashier was polite and friendly. Something I've come to expect when I look for a Cicle K/Kangaroo to stop. Wasn't disappointed at all. It was around 9 o'clock, and certainly felt safe in a very well lighted parking lot. Be happy to return and give Kangaroo my business.

The staff is great, especially given the need for more help. They quickly work through long lines and face impatient and grumpy customers. Yet always ready with a smile. One of those places I sure to look at their name tag and thank by name.

Food is reasonably price
Quality of food is mediocre, need more real food vs canned. Specials change on Wednesday.

This place is okay for a 24 hour gas ⛽ station 🚉! It's pretty pricey, but it helps to be a member to the club 😀! Giving up your phone 📱 number helps a lot with purchases here! They give good customer service, but during really busy hours they only have one worker 🙄 in the store or just one at a register! So the line is backed up for miles! And if they have two workers, it seems as if they still have the same problem!!!! Idk what's up????

Tap to pay doesn't work. Card readers don't work at all in fact. You have to physically go inside and pay an arbitrary amount just to fill up. Haven't had to pay inside since I was a teenager. What a joke. It's 2022 y'all. Get your card readers including tap to pay working.

Today cashier refused my tobacco sale because there was a crack on my legitimate state issued ID. I asked "why did you sell beer to the guy in front of me with no ID? You told him it was no problem." To which the cashier told me "he had grey hair in his beard". Wont come back.

I've always come to this location, and recently there is a new person named Erica working the counter, and she is BEYOND rude. She's never friendly. And today, even if it is a legal thing, I went to purchase cigarettes and a few other items, had my Id and she refused to sell me cigarettes even though i'm 23 years old, bc my license is a few days expired. You can tell me that nicely, but to loudly make a scene that she cannot accept my Id and fling them back at me, is NOT acceptable customer service. It was embarrassing and truly pissed me off! I will NOT be going back to this location. Im not sure who does the interviews for this chapin location but they must have been asleep during it. So rude.

Came around 10:30 tonight and they had trash cans in front of some doors so I asked if they were open, trying to be nice in case they were closing, and the woman called me dumb for asking. So rude I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Please don’t give these terrible people your business

Been going here for years and for some reason theres always a black lady there not smiling, working as slow as she can and being as rude as she can. Its a shame! She should be proud of her heritage but it's obvious she angry and insecure. It's sad really. We all need to pray for her! But Circle K needs to FIRE HER and get someone who is grateful to have a job!

I paid Circle K for Premium gas - and got bad gas in my tank instead. I contacted corporate with no response. Fill up anywhere else before you ruin your engines!

Gas sign says 2.89 cash. Why was I charged 2.99 cash? Legit rip off. 10 cents is 10 cents.

Sign says one price for cash but they charging credit priced regardless. I'll go to the shell

I was in the bathroom for less than 5 minutes and an employee stood outside rudely knocking every 90 seconds.
