Commercial Tire

I had a 1:00 tire change over apt. Arrived 15 mins early. Martin got the car right in and it was finished up in a very timely manner. Pleasant experience!

Great Service, Always follow through with what they say there going to do,, AND VERY LOCAL,, I don't need to travel and worry about making it in time for the appointment, very nice staff easy to deal and there prices are very competitive of those of big cities, not fixing to go anywhere..

We were headed across the state with a 1yr old and our car ran over a metal t-bar/hook from a semi which punctured the tire and lodged itself into the wheel well. Horrible timing and completely derailed our travel plans. Once we were towed to Commercial Tire, Martin and Tommy did an excellent job of helping us and they were so incredibly fast! We were able to get in and out with a new tire that matched the rest in less than half an hour (and most of that time was getting the hook out, the tire change was 5min). Thank you SO much for saving the day!

I have bought 3 sets of tires and done 90% of my oil changes in my various trucks here. The customer service is great and they try their best to get you moving. Some days it can be crazy, but they get you going again in a timely manner.

Martin was extremely helpful in taking care of a problem with one of our customers from West Coast Auto Dealers. They took care of a service call and was very fair priced and very friendly. Very friendly very professional and fast great place to get your tires

Great service, great products. Got me exactly what I needed, in and out pretty quick. The only thing to add would be the tire buying experience. When I seen the new tires on my vehicle they were dirty from handling and installation. To enhance the buying experience the customer, speaking for me, would probably like to see their new tires looking new. I think this would enhance the tire buying experience.

This morning I had a flat tire on my semi from a hole in the tread, I called my roadside assistance and they contacted commercial tire in Othello to come out and fix the flat.

Tommy was the one that came out, and I'm writing this review because of him. I was really impressed with his service and knowledge, when he got there he wasted no time getting things set up around the truck and getting the flat fixed. Tommy was friendly, very knowledgeable, organized and clean - (much like myself in my shop) and I could tell that he cared about his work and took pride. If you're near Othello and need some tire service stop into this commercial tire in hopes that the rest of the crew is much like Tommy. Don't forget to say hi to Tommy and that you heard about him from my review.

Had a flat late one night. Called commercial in Othello and the manager said we are about to close but we will help you out! I went down there and three energetic friendly guys came out and told me where to park my semi and cheerfully and quickly had me back on the road in under 30 minutes! I could not have been happier they were very promped at getting to us ( out on the freeway in the middle of nowhere ) with a new tire for our motor home. The young man haha did a very fine job, thanks again for the sevice.
