We had a tire giving low pressure alerts over and over. After only about 20 minutes waiting our vehicle was ready/fixed and to our surprise there was no charge. It's so nice in these times that a business can still do the right thing. As travelers from AZ we most likely won't return to this spacific tire center but their support and proper treatment has earned our future business for the franchise.

We are on vacation and on our way to our destination our daughter had ran over a nail. We drove about 20 mins to the nearest Les Schwab and within 45 mins our tire was fixed and ready to go. No questions asked. Nice environment and great service!

Have been a lifelong customer of Les Schwab. Brought in my new car for a tire rotation and they provided the service free of charge simply because I have been such a loyal customer. They are not always the lowest price in town, but I have always received fast, courteous service that is hard to find anywhere else.

I was on my way from lapwai idaho to Seattle Washington and we stopped in othello for snacks and just my luck a flat tire I called this les shwab seeing it was three min away and they got my tire fixed and is back on the road in a half hour or less I’m so thankful for the help and the great service!
