Something new at Mc d's. (Agawam, MA) Table service ( new to me. I usually go through the drive-through). If you are dining in, when you place your order, they will give you your drink cups and a table sign with a number on it. When your order is ready, they will bring the food to you. Nice little touch. This McDonald's is kept very clean. In fact, there was a man making sure everything in the eating area was kept perfect. Doing a great job. 👍 all the employees were in good moods and worked very well together as a team. I'm not a teacher. But A+ of keeping the place looking great and fast overall service. As a "fast food restaurant," they are setting the bar just a little higher than the competition.

McDonald's in Agawam is the best around. It is clean, modern and staff does a great job. I have dined in as well as used drive thru. My order is always correct, served quickly and staff is friendly.

I walked in and went straight to the cashier to order as the person in front of me was done. The young lady was very friendly and took my order and gave me a number shield as I was dining in. I got my beverage and sat down and within about 3 minutes a man brought my order to the table and told me to enjoy my meal and to have a nice day. There was a young man constantly roaming the floor cleaning tables and replacing chairs to their correct position and cleaning the floor as needed. The food was good and fresh. I had the deluxe crispy chicken meal. Overall a great experience.

I really appreciate this McDonald's! My breakfast is ready on the dot ordering with the app, and the hash browns are always crispy (a problem at some McD's).

The management here does a great job and can take pride in the entire operation.

Order was hot fresh and just the way we customized it. Quick service and very tasty hot food one of my favorite McDonald's in the whole area. Kudos to the manager there for running things so well.

Yes, the meat is actually not cooked until you order it. No more food under heat lamps. Quick and friendly. They handle a lot of customers through the drive thru windows but the wait is minimal. Pretty good for fast food.

The double big mac was delicious

Purchased an iced coffee in the lobby, walked out to my car and dropped the coffee. I went back inside to purchase another, however the employee behind the registered insisted that i did not need to pay. He replaced my coffee and did not charge me. Will use this location whenever I am in the area! Great customer service

By far one of the best I've ever gone to. Hospitality,speed,cleanliness, and freshness was all thereat this Mcds. I will definitely take the drive to enjoy the food here again. They are also military friendly which is great because not many Mcds are. Thank you for the food and service.

Clean and friendly! Manager brought my food to my table bc I was busy talking and forgot to get my order at the counter.

Nice staff. Put extra pickles on my Sammy when I didn’t even ask😍. Fries were fresh. Nuggets we’re fresh.

We did drive through. It was quick, easy and they got the order correct including the way I like my iced coffee and the way my husband likes his burger

The people that work at this McDonalds are the best! My mom is in a nursing home down the street and she loves McDonalds food. She has been through so much since the Covid outbreak and we were not able to see her until recently. We can visit outside and we bring her lunch. She requests her favorites from McDonalds but sometimes our visits are at 10am and we can't get her the lunch sandwiches she likes that early. I called one day to see if we could get a shake that early and explained why I was asking and the manager posted a note for the staff for the next day to drop a Fish Filet Sandwich so my mom could have it at 10:00. They did it for us with no problem and added a shake to the order. They gave us the meal and told us that McDonalds loved my mom. It brought the family to tears. So sweet! and Thoughtful! Thank you McDonalds in Agawam!!!!

I can't say I usually have a good experience at McDonald's I was shocked and surprised at the service attention cleanliness and friendliness of everybody in this place. Well done at this store👍 I wish the other McDonald's would practice these principals at their stores as well.

In the Agawam location on route 75, the woman taking your money acted like she did not want to be there. I got the 2 for $3 l think and the chicken was terribly spicy and dry and my fries which l ordered no salt were soggy and very salty. I will not get it again since l was told the spices were in the breadcrumbs which are on it when they get it.
