Dunkin'

Today, they were out of ice coffee. I asked if they could make me one the "old- fashioned way" (hot coffee poured over a cup full of ice). They obliged, and it was the best Dunkin iced coffee I had in years!❤ Thank you Dominique and Zack for taking the extra time to make it for me!

I commend Stella, the manager, for keeping her cool while the customers treated her like trash. I hope more people acknowledge the asset to your team and that you give her the credit she deserves.

I was very impressed with how the employees keep the restaurant clean and the shelves stocked and I would go back there again and I would recommend Dunkin donuts for everyone to go to for good food and good customer service.

This location is always super clean. The staff is always helpful kind and polite. And the interior has more character, more personality than most Dunkin locations. The employees are usually lightening fast, with incredible accuracy in preparing our order. The parking lot is very clean too! I would highly recommend this location

The Best around location. The staff knows me and the kiddos by the sound of the car. Never handed an old coffee! Always fresh pot. And I appreciate it a lot! Friendly smiles and very professional. Will miss these people when we move!

I live in West Springfield not far from a Dunkin.I drive to this one in Agawam because no matter when I go the service is quick and the food and coffee is always fresh.I got sick of getting poor quality food so I take the xtra drive to go to this one! Friendly staff also!

Ok as far as getting your order right The TEAM here is on point if I could give it 10 starz I would Alway a great Job 👍 during this current pandemic and with what they are doing to keep themselves safe as well as the customer. Try paying it forward some time, let us all come together ❤ 🙏

I really love this Dunkin. The guys are pretty friendly (something unusual in most DD) and quick but most important your order is always neat, good and taste fresh👍

We go here often and the place is always clean, food is always fresh and I love the new location. Plenty of parking and unlike the old place, this one has a drive-thru. The staff is very nice, service is prompt and orders are made accurately.

Egg and cheese wrap was nice and hot. Very polite service at the window.

Dunkin Donuts is pretty uniform in quality I would say this is a very clean and efficient store. They also accomodate am groups on occasion.

I stop by every Saturday and Sunday. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In and out in just a few minutes, with exactly what I wanted.

Leo is the best cashier this store has hopefully they can keep him long enough
