A 5 star rating for staff / service. Houseboats are a different story, several issues during our 7 day trip but they were extremely attentive and did everything possible to make sure we were happy.

Best place to rent a house boat on Lake Cumberland.

Excellent family fall experience! The boat was ready and in great shape when we showed up. It surpassed our expectations and was fun for all ages. Timely check in/check out and helpful staff. This was our first time on a house boat. First time users feel free to ask plenty of questions, their team will give you what you need.

The staff is excellent. Not joking. Everyone from the mechanics to the fuel dock to the water taxi to the store. This was my second time renting a houseboat. If you have any issues with anything they will be taken care of instantly. Most important. You feel like family when you are there. Not just a number renting a houseboat. Will be back next year. Thanks again everyone at Beaver creek for a great vacation.

Had a fantastic weekend on our house boat rental from Safe Harbor. Highly recommend. Very attentive and hard working staff. Best dock on the best lake in the world! Boated here for over 35years! Yes I am biased, but I have been to lakes all over the world (Lake Powell, Tahoe, Breckinridge, Alaska, Minnesota, Canada, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, …and the list goes one), and this lake and this dock is still my favorite vacation spot ever!!! The primary reason so that this lake and this dock are not very well known except for those that already know about it. The marina is a hole-in-the-wall, but the location has the best access to coves and creeks are prime for smooth waters and minimal people making the views serene while providing fantastic conditions for water sports. Numerous long coves with cools breezes and secret waterfalls.

If you are looking for a helpful staff of people with a great, laid back attitude this is your place. Houseboats are used, abuse and put through some tough conditions. The staff at Beaver Creek works through issues and does all they can to provide a great, relaxed and safe adventure for your group. We have take boats from this location five times now and have never left disappointed. Things do happen, things have not worked out but it's the overall experience that matters.

We rented a houseboat and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The dock wasn't too crowded. They were able to get us out in the water pretty quickly. The boat is super nice.

Very reasonable cost to rent a pontoon for the day! The boat was in pretty good shape, but no bells or whistles, like a trash can on board, a radio or plug in for music from a device, etc. Lake Cumberland is beautiful.

Love Lake Cumberland, always clean. Lots of places to beach ⛱ your boat & go swimming & relax. Been going down there for years.

Had a great time, unfortunately our houseboat had generator issues. Mark went above and beyond in helping us. Cannot say enough good things about him!!! We will be back!

I spent fourth of July weekend here and it was so great and clean the staff go out of there way to make your visit a memorable one the food awesome and prices are reasonable I definitely recommend this port I will definitely be here again!!!

In my somewhat limited though repetitive experiences at Beaver Creek Marina, I have always appreciated the relaxed, capable & helpful workers. There is an attitude of trust & community among the slip owners. This is KY!

Honestly just spent a few days on a houseboat in a cave on the lake and the water is so clean and refreshing, I had the best time on this amazing lake

This marina has improved exponentially in the past two years from what it was. Friendly, professional service and fair prices. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Vacation at Safe Harbor Beaver Creek . We rented a Houseboat and had a Lovely time.

The houseboat rentals are not the cleanest and there are minor things that needs repairs.
The management contacted me and fixed. issues. Most places won't do that,but they did. ☺
