Dunkin'

I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and they brought me a cold drink. But I have to say the person was in training.

Coming home from Lancaster, PA for my son's basketball tournament. We wanted to stop for a break and treats. We stopped by Dunkin. It was an amazing experience because of Abby! She was wonderful to my family!

One of the best few Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Great staff & service and the drinks were made very well. We ordered a hot
chocolate, hot coffee, cold brew, raspberry watermelon refresher, and the pina colada energy drink.

Very nice staff who works there! That are so sweet when I walk in or drive through. Very kind responsible people. God bless them all.

I am a frequent customer here and this is hands down one of the best dunkin's in the area of upstate New York! The crew is always professional,very kind, and accurate with every order I've requested. The inside of the restaurant is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. And they offer great in store products to purchase. Food is always tasty and fresh, and the coffee is always hot and is a great start for any morning or day! ☕

Love the staff there, they are super friendly and nice. My orders are always right and good. There are certain times of the day where they are very busy, but what do you expect?, It's Dunkin Donuts! The food is mostly good but the donuts are always good. When it's not really busy the place is always clean.

I stop here a lot on my way to Henrietta on my shopping days. There has been a hick up here and there but they always make it right and service has always been super friendly!!

Place was slammed when I got there! The manager of the place did a great job organizing the chaos and getting everyone to help out and fulfill the orders however my order when I ordered a coffee a donut and a breakfast sandwich they forgot my donut order no big deal I waited at the order fulfillment area. I received my coffee and my sandwich but no donut and when I alerted the lady behind the counter that was making coffees that I had yet to receive my donut she acknowledged that I had not received it but went back to making coffees and didn't tell anyone that I'm missing a donut. honestly that was a big source of frustration I understand that they were packed and she's trying to get out as many coffee drinks as she can but the lack of understanding how to delegate or ask for help or at least go get it herself was very annoying to me and unfortunately I came back up to the register where the manager was with an attitude. The manager was very sweet I just simply told her hey I'm still waiting for my donut I never got it and she must have seen that I was a little frustrated and gave me two donuts as I'm sorry. so overall I was very satisfied with the way that manager was running things the donuts were fresh the coffee was great The only thing I can add is a little constructive criticism that even though you're slammed if somebody tells you that they have something missing from their order you've got to relay that message to the other team members. That store manager deserves a raise or at the very least an accommodation I hope she sees this review!

Best dunkin in the area. They know what the heck “extra sugar” means! :D And if you want iced coffee that’s more coffee than ice, this is the location. Usually super friendly employees as well, but not a deal breaker since I just want coffee. You know it’s good when there’s always a line around the building, and there will be!!

The remodel did them well. The new interior is clean and welcoming. The staff knows what they're doing and are always friendly. Drinks and donuts come out quickly and always taste amazing. Convenient stop off I-390.

So this morning I went to get some DD and go to pay for my order, didnt realize my chip somehow fell out of my card. The lady at the window tried to run my card a few different ways. Nothing on my card would work :( she ended up letting take my order for nothing. I was shocked! There are still nice people in the world :) so thank you to the blonde haired lady with the nicest soul. Great customer service!!

This crew was great they kept themselves busy when it was quiet and handled the bursts of activity in stride. They addressed challenges such as equipment failure and selections not made. I've managed teams and I'd say they did well. Sorry for no photos, I was working and busy preparing cases.

My go-to D&D stop when I am traveling to Canada. Very pleasant staff, consistently good coffee, well stocked donuts and bagels and the location is kept very clean. It does get very busy though.

Tiny place with lively and lovely stuff. It gets very busy in mornings but the crew is pretty good at handling the orders. Would definitely recommend if you are in town!

Half the time it is a great place to get a good cup of coffee, and donuts.

This Dunkin Donuts is a thousand percent better than the one in Mount Morris. Probably the only good Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Geneseo sucks too. Why is this company so bad at making stuff? Again the Dansville location is great.
