Chad set my stone , replaced missing prongs and had my ring back to me much earlier than I expected. You just can’t go wrong by doing business with this family owned small business.

Ed & Ethel’s is an AMAZING place! Chase resized, replaced a stone, and re-soldered my wedding set! He does SUPERIOR work!! I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I believe he is too! :-) The atmosphere is awesome and all of the staff are wonderful! I won’t take my jewelry anywhere else and will definitely be making all of my future jewelry purchases from them!

He was very upfront about the difficulty and possible cost/failure of repairing the break in my glasses frames, but prioritized my order so that it was finished in only 2 days. It looks great, almost like it didn't break in the first place. He also gave me advice on how best to avoid stressing the fracture in the future. Overall, highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional family ownership. I had a large number of pieces of jewelry that needed repair. They have a catalog of the items you give to them so you can keep track of the orders. They spent a good amount of time explaining the repairs and answering any questions I had about the jewelry. They gave me a quote upfront and a timeline regarding when the work would be completed. I received a text as soon as the repairs were done. They cleaned each piece and went through the repairs upon pickup. I am very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend them for repairs to fine jewelry.Overall A+ in customer service!

Excellent business! Chase and Brooke were so friendly and knowledgeable to work with. When my boyfriend (at the time) went in to shop for a ring, they were very respectful of his budget and didn’t push him to buy a ring outside of his price point. They made a custom engagement ring and we later went back in to also buy bands. They listened to exactly what I wanted and created a custom band for me to go with my engagement ring. They also gave us all the pros and cons of all the different options for metals, karats, band shapes etc. We still go back to get our bands cleaned and to say hi! Go check them out!

Learned about Chase and Brooke through Shauna, who I had worked with for years, and gave them a try when they first opened.. They became my "go to" place shortly thereafter. Great people, very trustworthy, and very fair. Amazing the different ideas they have when you want something a bit different than on the shelf....They can make or design about anything. I don't leave many Google reviews...Only when someone truly impresses me.

Amazing jeweler, very friendly, honest, straight forward, and non pushy. Happened to stop by to ask about ring resizing, no one immediately jumped at me asking what they could sell me. Instead the owner just politely greeted me and asked if they could do anything for me. From there we pleasantly chatted for awhile and they shared information on different resizing techniques and what they would cost without trying to convince me to go for the most expensive option. Honestly this was so different from any jeweler I've visited before that I doubt I'll visit any others until it becomes impractical to go here.

I went in looking for a Christmas gift for my wife. I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for in the store. I had an idea of what I was looking for. I gave them a few details. Within minutes, they showed me several options. I decided on a Levian rose gold ring with chocolate diamonds. They had the ring within four days. It by far exceeded my expectations.

I have a 50+year old cross on a chain, my husband bought me when we were first married. The chain was worn out, but Brooke carefully helped me select the right length and an appropriate replacement. It arrived on time and Brooke, again, put it all together for me. It looks brand new and I'm very pleased to do business at Ed & Ethels!
