Todd's Jewelry Repair & Design

My fiance & I came into Todd's Jewelry looking for the perfect engagement ring. We had looked at several other places but didn't find "the one" until we walked into Todd's. I was wanting something a bit different. Sapphires & Diamonds seemed to be the combination we kept coming back to. We looked at a few rings at Todd's that he had in the case, they were all beautiful but just weren't the one. My fiance mentioned the sapphires & diamonds combo that we kept coming back to, and Todd said he had a really cool piece in the back, his son TJ had made it in store like a day or two prior to us coming in. So it was a one of a kind. As soon as I saw it, I knew it was "the one" I'd been searching for. I wanted it immediately. My fiance liked it a lot too. Todd & my fiance wanted to make sure I was actually going to be happy with it, so being as it was a Friday, they encouraged me to think about it over the weekend. I was worried someone would buy it before then, so Todd offered to hold it for me at no cost. I took some photos of it before leaving it on hold with him. All weekend I kept looking at the photos of this ring. I was certain this was the ring for me. On that following Monday morning, I went in to buy it. I was so excited, so my blood pressure was a bit high. The problem with that is my fingers were larger than normal, so this ring that was a bit loose 3 days ago, fit perfect. I initially didn't understand why it magically fit until Todd's explained it to me. He said wear it for a week or two, my excitement will calm down, then come on in & he would size it for free. I wore it for about a week and a half, & noticed some of the white gold was rubbing off. I took it in, Todd explained it probably wasn't dipped well, so he was gonna redip it for free being as it had only been about 10 days, & resize it. I was super excited when I got it after resizing & redipping. You couldn't even tell it had been resized. Phenomenal work! I had a prong breaks not long after, TJ fixed it same day for me. I have known Todd for many year's now and he is absolutely amazing at what he does and his Jewelry is top notch and one of the absolute best in the NRV and even further, his craftsmanship is some of the best I've ever seen and he does an awesome job on repairs also, he always has a great selection and great service as well. Excellent Jeweler!! They sized a keepsake ring for me. The ring wasn't expensive so wasn't worth spending a lot of money on. The ring was a gift from a Aunt with emotional meaning, that is what makes it so valuable to me.
I needed the ring to be stretched to go from a size 9 to a 10.5. However the ring was not sturdy enough to stretch without damaging it so he found another way. It worked, the ring fits and gave me a fair price for what I was asking.

My fiance and I are so pleased with our ring. I am a PhD student at VT, and he treated me like any other customer and I did not feel judged, like I did at some other jewelers. He was super accommodating and found diamonds for me to view super quickly! Every step of the way he helped me but did not pressure my decisions. He did beautiful work to customize the ring and I felt the quote for the ring was very fair. Thank you Todd!

I met Todd, many years ago, at Ginger's Jewelry. He is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable jewelers in the business. He actually listens to what you want done, and does it. If he can't, he offers solutions to getting what you want. That's Customer Service. He repaired many rings and other items for me, exactly as I requested. He goes above and beyond to complete the task, and makes sure you're one hundred percent happy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful jewelry, terrific pricing and wonderful people! I will never buy a piece of jewelry from anyone else. Todd, Jeannie and TJ are good, honest, friendly people who make it easy to shop for, and buy something, unique and beautiful for your loved ones. If you want to support a locally owned, family owned NRV business you should start here. My wife gets comments on her diamonds from Todd's almost daily, they really are stunning. Worth mentioning that they really stand behind their work (we had a small prong issue on the diamond ring and it was fixed to perfection and back on her finger that same day!). I cannot encourage you enough to give Todd's Jewelry a try, you will be glad you did!

Edited after picking up my piece that required a modification: The work was top notch. I have to admit some of the negative reviews here made me nervous, but my experience at Todd's has been great all around.

Great business ran by great folks. Walked in and they were able to show me exactly what I was looking for and never used any pressure or sales gimmicks. Prices were definitely more fair than the "chain" stores that I had checked. I'll definitely return for my next jewelry purchase.

Todd resized my engagement ring at a very fair price and he had it done the next day. He said he stayed over late the day before to get it done for me. He and the whole staff were very friendly and treated us like we spent thousands of dollars in his store, even though the ring was purchased elsewhere. He answered all my questions in depth and took the best care of me and my beautiful new ring. Highly recommend for any jewelry needs! Great people and great service!

Editing to add, I had to go back in after wearing the ring about a week, I noticed it was still a little too loose. I went back and they listened to my concerns and explained that my ring design allows for extra room. They resized again smaller at no charge. Todd also polished and replated my ring at no charge, no questions asked and it was a completely hassle-free experience. They were very patient with me each time I went in. My ring looks just as perfect and shiny as it did before resize. Great customer service and super fast at getting things done.

Everyone at Todd's has been extremely helpful. We resized our wedding ring here and the process was very easy. We've also gotten the ring cleaned here since then and the cleaning they do is great! Would recommend Todd's to anyone looking for or needing help with jewelry!

I had a great experience. I needed to get my engagement ring resized. The resizing was completed in house and very quickly. Even though I wasn’t making a large purchase, I was treated like a valued customer. Highly recommend and will definitely look to make any future jewelry purchases there.

Absolutely love Todd's. I've spent thousands here over the years, including getting engaged, mothersday, anniversaries and birthdays and will continue to do so. Way better prices than larger, more well known stores. They get on repairs immediately and they don't try to rush you out the door. Just bought a necklace for my fiance for mother's day and the chain snapped. I took it back and they took the value of the chain and deducted it from a better chain that will hold up better.
