I went in for a new battery, and to get some adjustments to a new watch. Merry was a great guy and made me feel welcomed. They have a nice assortment of men’s watches at reasonable rates. I will be back soon for my next time piece. Highly recommend

Excellent service, kindness and very attentive. I went to clean my engagement ring and my wedding band, and I didn't know that I had purchased the cleaning plan, but they checked before charging me and it turns out that We did!!! The result is beautiful rings like new again. Highly recommended!👍🏻

I had lost one side of my earring and only had a photo of the remaining one. Jerry was incredibly helpful. He found a nearly identical match, and is helping with getting a quote for the set with different stones.

I went to get my wedding band and engagement ring resized - they were quick (about 2 weeks) and I love the results! They even cleaned my rings for me as well. The process of doing so was east, no appointment needed. I just walked in, got sized, and I left the rings! I would definitely recommend them and plan on going back for any jewelry needs.

My sister and i went in to have our rings resized after our mother passed and Henebrys went above and beyond! So so kind, and so professional! The rings mother left us fit perfect now, no worries of losing them! Thank you so much Henebrys!

Such a wonderful helpful staff! The manager Jerry is always flexible and friendly. We have had my wedding ring resized and reset, as well as having our TAG watches cleaned and serviced. They have given us great advice and been so helpful along the way!

Dropped by Henebrys this morning since my watch band kept disconnecting. Jerry the store manager immediately helped and replaced one of the connectors. Even though he spent several minutes, he refused to accept any money. Very nice store with lots of selections.

Exceptional service!!! I came in on the weekend to get my watch fit to me. I'm active duty and my son and I were in town for a party, they not only helped me immediately but didn't charge me although I was willing to pay. Absolutely worth your time if you need anything!!!

I cannot recommend them enough! They worked with my husband to make a custom ring for my engagement and it is exactly what I had wanted. I have been in the store a few times for ring cleanings and a spacer and the staff have always been so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be going back for any other jewelry needs.

Stopped in to see if they had the spring piece to the watch of a friend of mine. She's 79 with dementia who fell a few weeks ago, bruising her ribs and fracturing her wrist! That's how the watch broke. They were able to replace the piece needed. Very happy. Thank you!! Very kind people!

In July of 2022, we lost our beautiful daughter. We purchased gold bands with her fingerprint through the funeral home. My husband's did not fit and needed resized. We took it to Henebry's to see if they could resize it. We picked it up yesterday and it was perfect. There was no distortion to the pattern and the engraving inside was untouched. They have no idea how much this means ti us. Thank you Henebry's for your professionalism and kindness.
