Caffe Nero

Very nice selection of hot & cold coffee drinks, quality pastries and sandwiche. The 4-cheese fritatta was delicious. Friendly staff, clean comfortable spaces and a nice ambiance. Highly recommended.

It's a great Nero location. It's big and cozy and the cozy, really good. They made a mistake and charged us more, they fixed it and they didn't charge us. But even better, the bank ended up charging more that it should be, they fixed it again and gave us another free coffee! Excellent customer service!

Fantastic food and service, but the workers need more staff support during busy periods for sure! While they maintained steady, friendly service, the baristas were obviously scrambling to keep up with the line and everyone ordering noticed they seemed distinctly short-staffed. Hopefully this was a fluke and Cafe Nero otherwise staffs appropriately for the work volume!

This Cafe Nero has a lovely atmosphere and relaxing music. Sitting by the fireplace in the cozy living room chairs is wonderful. There are friendly staff here and good food. It gets busy at the hours you might expect but you should generally find a seat. I would recommend this cafe if you plan to meet a friend or a business meeting. There are outlets for your laptop and other devices. The bathrooms are generally clean. This is right across from the Porter Square T stop on the Red Line or the commuter rail.

I've always liked Cafe Nero, even though it's a chain, they have reliably good food and drinks, and a good selection of dietary options like plant milks, vegan, and gluten free food, etc. The staff is nice and always helpful. Highly recommend.

Really nice atmosphere for working and meetings.

I really like this Nero! So nice to start the day with their coffee or Latte along with one of their muffins..(Vegan Berry). Seating is comfortable and my only complaint is about those using it as their office and holding loud phone conversations with little regard to people around them.

The chairs in the corner are good for intellectual conversations. I have also seen students studying in groups. Recommended.

This Cafe Nero location is smaller yet just as cozy as the other locations I’ve been to. The staff, as always, are pleasant. And the beverages are great

We had morning coffee and croissants when staying at connecting hotel in Porter Square, Cambridge. This new cafe did not disappoint. High quality coffee, average microwaved croissant ham and cheese sandwich. This is a international chain with European cafes.

Great coffee place. I ordered a Cortado and a mocha. Was one of the better places I have had coffee at. The environment is clean. People inside are socially distanced and the barista was helpful and inviting.

I’m a regular here. Great one among the Caffè Neros in the Boston/ Cambridge area. Justin and Harvey are fabulous baristas - they always take care to get my cortados and macchiatos just right.

I like its atmosphere the most, it is cozy and good for reading books. the price is ok, the coffee is good and for the parking, there are a few non-free parking spots nearby.

Surprisingly amazing for an English brand. Staff is super friendly, pastries super fresh and coffee super good. Highly recommend.

My first time at this chain. I liked that I could drink my coffee in a ceramic cup (not paper), and the coffee and pastry were quite good.
