Absolutely amazing second hand craft store. The two girls working were so friendly and helpful.

Masks are required so make sure to bring your own, or there are extras in the store.

Also the items online are not available in store. There was yarn, knitting needles and crochet hooks, so many findings and finishing materials. Paper, pencils, pens, markers, scrapbook material, scissors, patterns, and so much more at very reasonable prices! Go support this small business you won’t regret it 😊

I love this place! They have a great selection of supplies for all kinds of arts and crafts, and they have cards and gifts too!

There is such a great feeling to know things of value are not going to waste. This cute little shop takes in the leftovers of craft projects and recycles the supplies for others to use. What a blessing to the crafting community!

Amazing store with great prices. Far too addictive, there’s so many great finds vintage and otherwise that I end up always dropping a ton of cash here. Worth it though!

Also make sure to check out their website. You can become a member, place pick up orders, and see other stuff that isn’t in the store.

Wonderful space, I love rummaging for fun finds and that's exactly what you'll get here. Supplies are organized by use/type but you can dig around and find all sorts of goodies.

If you're like me and not familiar with the area, parking is really rough. Local construction, other nearby busy (and also amazing) spots/shops, and permit only parking make finding parking difficult. I had to walk a few blocks which was fine today but sometimes I use a cane so on a less good day that would make the spot inaccessible for me unless someone else drove and dropped me off.

Staff was very nice and the basement fill a bag is also a delight. I'll definitely return next time I'm in the area! Pictured, my haul from the shop (not the fill a bag event).

Amazing little store! Great to have a place in the local neighbourhood to donate old but perfectly good craft items to, or to pick up things for cheap, all while keeping trash out of the landfill and saving a few bucks.

I cannot give enough praise to Make and Mend. It’s a crafters paradise! All great quality products at an actually affordable price. Plus you get to help reduce waste. The staff are all truly amazing as well. I recommend make and mend to everyone and anyone who mentions they like crafting, you can’t go wrong here.

This is such a cool concept for a store! So often crafters end up with odds and ends that can't really be donated elsewhere, and this is a great place for them to find a new home. I loved the selection of different sized knitting needles for such low prices. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's thinking of trying out a new hobby, since they have so many different kinds of supplies for super low prices.

Make & Mend just gets it right. I've ordered from them a few times, and every single time I have had a great experience. I really enjoy purchasing fabric bundles from the shop for quilting projects. It's so much more affordable than buying yards of fabric new, and I always find something quirky. I also want to mention that Make & Mend really has me falling in love with their details - the receipt is printed on cute notebook paper, the packaging is minimal and cute, and the order is ALWAYS correct. I love this business so much.

This is a great little secondhand art store. Definitely stop by here if you need art supplies or just want to browse! They also accept art supply donations.

I found this shop on tiktok! Started following them there and signed up for the email list. SO EXCITED that I was able to make it to their basement, fill-a-bag, sale! It was so much fun and worth the wait. They are still requiring masks and limiting the number of people in the store at a time; which I appreciate because it is such a small space. Cant wait to come back!!

Had to go in person because my friends raved about it! Was 100% worth the visit. I came in and a wonderful employee helped me find just what I needed and had suggestions about how to complete my project! They told me about their website as well where they sell back stock. I was so grateful! It is also just a great place to browse and find vintage items! 5/5

I have been meaning to come here for ages and am glad I finally popped in. Luckily for me, I squeaked in just minutes before they closed and they had the exact needles I was looking for. I am happily knitting away on my cowl and can't wait to go back for more gems soon!

There are so many people who have things that they no longer want, need, or use and others who would be greatly benefited by their use (and not having to create more waste by disposing of unused items in the trash and all the packaging and waste associated with making new things). Bravo to the Make & Mend staff for providing this great resource where people can benefit from previously used art and craft supplies!

Picked up a lot of double pointed knitting needles, and a few skeins of purple yarn here in cotton and an alpaca and sheep wool blend. Lots of art materials, tools, and such for much more affordable prices than retail. I also love that this reduces waste too!

I do wish it were easier to find things from an access standpoint. I had to kneel or crouch to get into the yarn baskets and crates. Not a big deal for me, but might be good to know if you have a harder time with those movements. I'm sure they would have pulled out things for you if you ask, though!

Love that there are tons of fabrics and just wish the fiber content was noted when possible, though maybe none of them were known when donated. Makes it harder to know what to use for sewing and other projects requiring specific fiber types for me.

Love their selection and business model, and definitely stop by if you can! Their store inventory is completely separate from their online store inventory so they had items I didn't expect, like the double pointed knitting needles.

Make & Mend has more breadth than any other craft store I’ve been in, and they do it with second hand items! It is now my go-to place at the start of any project that I need tools or materials for.

During fall/winter 2020 I started learning fiber crafts (crochet, knitting, and sewing, specifically) and Make and Mend was an amazing resource for affordable supplies. It was exciting to open up their online store during the weekly supply drops and see what new treasures could be found (and at fantastic prices!) The new physical/in-person store location is stocked with all sorts of crafting supplies and is just as fun to browse as their online store, and is a must-visit for crafters of all kinds! Plus they have various crafting kits for anyone interested in trying something new!
