Mint City Coffee Roasting

We came in with a huge work group for a coffee education "field trip" The owners walked us through the whole roasting process and their journey to opening and running a roastery. They answered all sorts of questions even taking the time to answer my kids' questions throughout the tour. We took home several bags of coffee. So far the Brazilian roast is a personal favorite. The coffee was top notch and the scones they had sourced were delicious! Looking forward to our next visit!!

I really enjoy the Mint City Maple latte. I don't really go there for food. The service is great and I really like the ambiance. They also have local art and roast their own coffee beans. I do wish it was open a little later in the day.

This is our absolute favorite coffee shop! We get all our beans from here and they are always fresh roasted and delicious. Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, and tasty drinks.

Been here multiple times and think I've had a different drink each time. I've enjoyed all of them (besides maybe the macha one ... but I'm not a macha fan). Wife really enjoys their cardamom drink. I had the peppermint bark one today. None of them are overly sweet because they want you to taste the coffee which they roast there. Those that enjoy coffee in its purest form will enjoy their cupping classes or various brewing methods they can highlight for you. It's a pretty neat place but highlights coffee more than anything else. If you prefer a sugar rush, you might be better served at Starbucks or Dutch Bros.

A group of us received a guided tour of the roasting room, with in-depth education of the roasting process. This visit was very informative and enjoyable. The quality of the coffee is superior and demonstrates their keen interest in the quality of their products and in their customer service. Thank you to everyone at Mint City Coffee Roasting!

Great coffee! It's not as sweet as some so you actually get to taste the coffee when you order a drink. Staff is very passionate about coffee and you can spend a lot of time talking about the various bits and pieces of the business.

We had the pleasure of hosting a company event and getting a behind the scenes tour of this wonderful company. Great coffee but even greater atmosphere and passion for their craft. Highly recommend!

I just enjoyed an AeroPress medium roast Compass coffee from Mint City Coffee Roasting in Chehalis. Excellent quality coffee and aromatic dark chocolate notes. Highly recommend 5/5 stars!

Good chai latte and great customer service. It's very open and cute inside. Perfect to sit and chat with a friend.

We absolutely loved this coffee shop! The architecture of this cool building was perfectly preserved yet the owners added a modern aesthetic that is a fantastic mix of old and new! The result is the coffee shop has an awesome vibe! Coffee was also great! Highly recommend, fantastic addition to downtown Chehalis!

The maple latte is my favorite cup of coffee anywhere. Love this place!!

My group showed up twenty minutes before closing, yet they were still happy to serve us.
I had heard great things about their cardamom latte, but on recommendation of the batista I ordered a ginger cardamom latte.
I really enjoyed it!
The interior is sparse, with a sterile in a good way feel. The roasting area is completely visible behind a chain to keep people out.
I recommend this place for meeting with a friend.

It is so cute and the customer service is so nice! We went their in between dance classes and they were so fast and so sweet 😋. Cookies and their donuts were so good would definitely recommend

Best coffee in town. Would like more food options

Beautiful restored building with brick and beams in downtown Chehalis, WA. Coffee roaster on sight. Delicious medium flavor, not too dark as many places go to compete with a million pumps of flavors. I got a 16oz hot latte, two shots, no flavors and it was beautiful! Even to-go I got latte art. Really pretty bathroom. Little kids size picnic table and high chairs too.

Love this place, love their coffee!
