Today, I went for first time to LabCorp on Douglas Rd and I was very amazed for the great and fast service. I stoped by without having an appointment, I introduced my information in the check-in computer and that's it!

It was so quick and so perfect, that I couldn't believe it.
The lady that works in the entrance is very sweet.
The nurse that took my blood had a magic hand, no pain and not bruises. I have tiny and small veins and usually is always hard.

I saw three more people besides me in the entrance. It wasn't full.
The parking ticket was validated and I payed only $3. I assumed that this building is used mostly by people who works in the building, I think that maybe you can park outside is this is a big deal. To me, the fact that they took care of me in a wink of an eye is Priceless.

Very friendly staff, I was here for 3 hours because I was getting a glucose test, the temperature in the room was good. The front desk young girl was a sweetheart, she was kind and helpful to every person. I read the reviews about the parking so I decided to come in Uber, so parking wasn’t an issue.

I came in 20 min before closing without an appointment and they took me promptly. I didn’t have to wait at all. The employees who helped me were polite and efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

The staff is super helpful and caring. I came to the wrong facility but the staff upfront took care me and everything I needed. Happy mother's day to all the ladies in this office. You all are a gift from God

Very easy location to get to with parking. My wait was only 5 minutes and the staff were friendly. The exam rooms were clean. Was definitely easier going here than to a hospital to get tests done. Would recommend this site.

Excellent customer service. Must check in using a self-service check in express machine. Have your ID and insurance card ready for scanning using the check in service.

This place is great. I didnt have an appointment, I arrived at 7:02 and at 7:22 I was already leaving. The guy in the window is nice and friendly, the other lady might not be as friendly but she helps with your insurance and gets it done fast anyways. The rest of the staff is very nice too. The lady that did mu blood work was super sweet and fast as well. Due to previous reviews I almost decided to go to the place at US1, so Im glad I didn’t since its farther away from me. Finally, there is paking which is great, but don’t forget to ask them to validate your ticket

I read through the reviews before I went to this location & was nervous it would be a disaster. But, I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was very easy and I was the only person in the waiting room when I got there. There was essentially no wait time & the test was administered efficiently. I thought it was a great facility.

I've been going to this location for many years now. The staff is always very friendly and I never have long waiting times. I make sure though to always show up before 7am. Then I am usually out by 7:30ish. I order my tests online and get the results within a day or two.

I’ve been to this location several times. If you have an appointment you are seen right away. Staff is really friendly and also good at pulling blood. The parking lot is full but if you go to the top there’s free valet

I made an appointment for my baby.
I could meet a technician on time.
Because she was so proficient, my baby could draw her blood with only just first trial. (but workers were not kind)

Had an 815am appointment, checked in at 8am, got called in at 813am and was out of there by 830. Very fast and efficient.
