My wife and I came in to add to our Original wedding ring and Saralene, Nirvana, Nancy and Dave were so welcoming friendly and gave us the best experience a customer could as for we ended up not only getting the complete part of our ring but upgrading by trading the original and added warranty they truly went above and beyond and weren’t pushy either. They allowed us to understand what the best options are while saving money in our pockets definitely recommend this location!! Will definitely come here again!!

Nancy was incredibly helpful with my requests. I needed to have my wedding set resized as well as another ring my mother gave me. She was patient and incredibly knowledgeable.

Nancy and Nirvana are so personalable and friendly! They researched and found a chain in their catalog that matched my bracelet. I am so HAPPY!! They ordered it and I ABSOLUTELY love the gorgeous chain I have been looking for quite sometime.

Ariel called to let me know the chain was ready to be picked up. Chris was kind and patient as he took care of the transaction. Kay's Jewelery in Chandler Mall is always busy with so many customers. Now I know why...!! I will spread the word to my friends and continue to get my gold from Kay's!!

It is always so fun going to this store as everyone is so friendly, they listen to what you are interested in and they follow through. They have shown me jewelry that I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw it. They fixed my grandmothers jewelry for me and so free cleaning and inspections. Check out their Levian shows-those are awesome!

I was introduced to Kay Jewelers by my sis in law.
I went over instantly to chandler mall and dealt with Arihana & Nancy they were very warmed and welcoming.
Their customer service was very sweet, eventually I had to go back couple days after and got my item from Arihana I even had a discount.
I’d be going back for more stuffs soon thanks guys.

The staff was great. I actually found the perfect gift for my babe. I thought for sure it was going to break the bank but it actually was so affordable and the look on her face was priceless!

In case you don't read the whole review, if you need ANYTHING, ask for Brittany or Angelina. I think this was the first time I have ever visited a store where I was able to talk to the staff (they were not busy at time of visit).

I have been a customer since 1997. I have always purchased their ESP. This time I went I found out they went electronic on their accounts. Angelina was great trying to get all my jewelry entered in...even the very old ones.

I went in for inspection, repairs and cleaning. Brittany was thorough in making sure the jewelry was up to par. I had questions about sizing, diamonds and so on. Questions Angelina could not answer Brittany would step in. These two ladies worked very well together taking care of customers and their needs. It may have been the time of day but it was also pleasant to be able to just talk to them.

Brittany & Angelina took EXCELLENT care of me. It's too bad staff changes more often than I'm in the store, but until they are no longer there, they will be my first point of contact.
