Not only have we never been disappointed with the final product, but the entire process (from design to product) is smooth and fun! Christopher and his team makes you feel important the entire way. Can’t say enough wonderful things about Christopher’s Fine Diamonds and the entire staff. I had a custom Mother’s Ring made, and I had a deadline to meet due to travel. The service I received, the personal investment by the staff, especially Becca, made the experience and my ring into true gems. Becca helped with sketches, ideas on gems and finishes, working with my schedule, consulting with the experts, sending me photos, etc., and did it all with class and wonderful cheer. The CAD work was timely. Revisions were handled quickly. The cost was very reasonable. And I’m delighted with my ring.

All the reviews don’t lie—Christopher and Myranda Fine Diamonds is phenomenal. I needed my wedding rings cut off due to fat fingers :) I was thinking of just expanding them and was referred to them by a friend I trust on jewelry matters. I ended up just upgrading my wedding rings to this beautiful ring they custom designed with me. Throughout the process, I gladly drove from downtown Phoenix to Chandler multiple times to create my dream ring. And I’d do it again! Perhaps the best jeweler in Arizona. Christopher and Myranda’s Fine Diamonds provided us with amazing customer service from start to finish and is now our go-to jewelry store! It’s awesome that they cast and design in shop as well! Hayden assisted us in designing a custom ring (as we were pretty clueless) about the ring process when we walked in for general information. Personally, I’m not a fan of traditional diamond rings, but not once did she make my partner and I feel uninformed or rushed as we asked questions and ensured each detail was perfect after seeing a gemstone model we both loved.
