Visited this shop to get batteries for my watches. This is a small mom and pop shop with such amazing customer service. Theresa was so sweet and greeted me the moment I stepped in. Her husband gave replaced the batteries in maybe 10 minutes. They also gave me the cards for their neighboring businesses in the plaza which was incredibly thoughtful. Would highly recommend this business to others. Great people, great service !

Great place to get anything you want! You just put a little down payment for layaway or if you have enough for it, then take it home that same day! But I love the layaway because you can make a little down-payment that goes towards your item. You make payments as much or whenever you can. There's no specific time to pay it. Which is great when you can't pay a lot sometimes. Great place for jewelry!!! 🙂

This is my second time using this jeweler to tighten the prongs on my diamond wedding ring and band. Both times the result of the ring repairs and soldering was perfect. And they stand behind and warranty their work. I highly recommend this jeweler.

Found out about the Quinteros from the Karate dojo next door, we are new in town and had a few watch and gold repairs. They have A+++ customer service, super trustworthy and nice couple, and did amazing work with my fine watches and gold bracelets, what a hidden gem! Please support locally owned businesses, they are awesome and very professional!

This is a great jewelry shop. The Quinteros are fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful. I needed to have some work done and Teresa suggested I do something that was less expensive that worked out even better. I don't recall the last time a business treated me like that. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Stopped in on a Sunday for a battery replacement for my watch and Teresa was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable (I had quite a few questions lol). I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!!

Great and Friendly place that has A+ Service! I brought a Vintage Movado Watch w custom Pearl Face and Diamonds that was completely broken and they fixed it @ very friendly and reasonable price and it looks and works like it’s new.
