Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Tacoooo Tuesday! Went to Cafe Rio for the first time on Tuesday and just loved it. I really enjoyed the kiosk for ordering-no waiting in line. Service was great! Staff was super helpful. Their fountain drinks are so good. Love the Lime Mint and the Mango lemonade. I got a sweet pork and chile beef taco and they were so tasty. The experience and food here was better than most of the expensive restaurants around the area. Definitely recommended and will go back to this location.

Ib not usually a fan of the to go Mexican bowl fast food restaurants, but I was surprised today. Clean restaurant, friendly employees and good food. The tortilla soup was really good, especially when you added a little of the advocate and corn salsa, beans, and lime rice that were free add on sides.

So grateful for the wonderful service I received from Christian and his friendly team. I had a big catering order that did not go.as planned but Christian and his crew went above and beyond to make it right. We will definitely come to this location whenever we are craving Cafe Rio.

Update: It's still really good!
I was really surprised at the quality of the food, very tasty and very fresh. Great beef, chicken, and pork were all tender and flavorful and both the pinto and black beans were amazing. We'll definitely be back

Ordering strictly from a kiosk is different but manageable. I do prefer the traditional ordering and walking down the line being asked about my preference for different toppings. It worked fine though and the food was GREAT!

Great food and great prices. Every time I come in the employees are always cheerful and helpful. The manager is wonderful. I enjoy talking to her every time I come in. The restaurant is very clean also.

The barbacoa is amazing, way better than most Mexican restaurants even than Mexico.

Amazing food! One of the most overlooked restaurants in the area. They set the bar very high with the idea of modern Mexican food. Always fresh and made to order. Would choose Cafe Rio over Chipotle or Qudoba any day. Clean restaurant.The mint limemade is a must have!

Cafe Rio is always delicious. This location has a different look than others I've been to. But it's new. Also it's nice because you can walk in and type your order on the screen for quicker ordering. The first Cafe Rio I ate at was in Utah.

Excellent , fresh food! Employees are friendly and attentive. Clean restaurant with easy Kiosk ordering, fast and fresh prep. This location is consistently top notch in customer service and fresh, hot meals. Highly recommend Taco Tuesday!

The food is delicious, the service eager and willing. This location is new, with a new kiosk ordering system for the company, and there are some glitches to iron out. The friendly service makes up for the glitches; I’ll be back soon.

Just tried the brand new Cafe Rio here in Highlands ranch. Staff was super friendly and helped me out with placing my order as I was unsure what some of the menu items were. Dining room was busy but clean. Got the food home and it is amazing! The Barbacoa and shredded chicken burritos are fantastic, highly recommended!

Great little place! We had trouble loading a coupon onto the order kiosks and the staff were so patient and helpful. Everyone was friendly, food came quickly, and was delicious! Totally check it out!
