I wanted new custom stone countertops for my bathrooms remodel. Gus is the easiest person to work with and like his fabricator and installer he knows his stuff and I am very pleased with the final result for the two vanity tops. Highly recommend.

This is not the largest tile shop, but the customer service is great and the quality of their inventory is good as well. I really enjoyed working with Gus, he was very patient as it took me many samples, and much time to make my selections. I will definitely come back for our next project as we’ve had bad experiences with other shops in the past.

5 stars for the best customer service from Gus - we went to many tile stores and Gus was the best: attentive, helpful, and friendly :) Unfortunately, this store didn't have the tile we wanted, the best tile here was a beautiful white-gray, while we wanted for the same look but in a warmer tone. Still, I wanted to write a review because we were very impressed by Gus and next time might get the gray tile we saw here!

This is a real mountain with a road that goes all the way to the top. Go on a clear day and you can look right and see the San Francisco bay and look left and see the Monterey peninsula and the Pacific ocean. The cold war relic structure at the top is six stories tall so when seen from San Jose and environs it makes the mountain look closer and smaller than it really is. There are trails and three parking lots. At the base, near the top and at the top. From the highest parking lot there are stairs that lead to the summit.

BEWARE: The store is under new ownership and since then the service is terrible! The previous owners helped us select wonderful tiles, which included us taking some samples for a deposit of $80. Then the ownership changed. We still ordered our tiles, and paid the new owner around $1,500 for them. But they would not take back the samples and refund the deposit, claiming it's not their business. On top of that, they managed to lose a portion of our order, and we waited a long time to get a replacement. We have another 2 tile projects coming up in the house, but would never go back to these stingy, unprofessional people.
