NAPA Auto Parts

I was traveling from Western Washington back to west Tennessee, and my lower radiator broke.
The great staff at this napa did not have the hose for my 79 F250, but this did not stop them from helping me.
They built a new hose and I was back on my way.
These guys were great and I really appreciate the help getting me back on my way.

Brian at the sales counter was AWESOME!! We were stranded in LaGrande with other businesses telling us that help was two weeks out. He took the time to help my son and friend out. He even helped assemble some parts for us. Without out him we would still be there. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Good customer service. They stand behind what they do. My part was wrong and they gladly replaced it with the correct part. This is the best place for parts in town and around.

I called in they had the battery waiting for me when I got there even lended me a 13 mm I quickly got the battery out and traded my core in and out. Thanks a bunch of guys
