Mellor's Family Restaurant

Have been there 4x. Everytime, pleasant, friendly, hometown folks, home cooking. I love it here but I love mom and pop restaurants not many around we can support!
Prices are just crazy cheap.

Not for everyone, but give it a try! Not a franchise, thank goodness too many of those.

Great service, and good "diner style" food. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing.

Every time we come here, it's always been amazing! I never knew about this place until last year. We have only ever had breakfast but every time we go, it's amazing, hot and fresh!

Absolutely fantastic little restaurant. Friendly people and staff. Great food. Me and my mom both ordered one of the local favorite burgers. Not knowing it was a double. I also had the fries which were great. We will definitely be going there again in the future.

Food was amazing. Our waitress was very polite and she did a really good job.

A pleasant surprise we found leaving the campground. Great service, great food and fresh coffee we. Price was lower than expected, we will definitely be back.

Mellors is a quaint diner that offers a typical country breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Service is OK but better if you are a local than if you are an out of towner.

Stopped in for breakfast and this little family restaurant was fantastic. The prices are SUPER low for the amount of food you receive and everything came out in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

Added bonus? The owner's mother makes apple butter for $1.00. I bought one to try!

A nice diner, nothing super fancy but we were fine with that. We had a nice waitress, the food was tasty and inexpensive! 4 people; $30 plus tip! My kids loved their burgers and the fresh cut fries, just like fair fries. We will come again!

This is a great place to just go and have a nice meal. Good food. Always clean, a d the folks who work there are always really nice even when it's really busy during camping season. The prices are so low we feel guilty.

To start off I am very happy with the staff here, they were more than nice and always on time. The food.... oh man it was delicious and at a very cheap price!!! Will be coming back often!!

Great place to eat ,great prices....

You wouldnt think much by its outward appearance but, as the old saying goes, "dont judge a book by its cover".
My husband & I were visiting Mohican Adventure for the day for his birthday & our 5th wedding anniversary (it's on the same day :] ) and I had googled restraunts nearby the day before.
I found this little gem & had seen what lovely reviews it had. My husband and I dont like to goto the bigger places and always try to find the "mom & pops" or "whole in the wall" type places because those are usually where you find the most passionate people who really love what they do & want to serve home cooked type food.
So glad we did! I didnt catch our sweet waitresses name, unfortunately. She had dark hair put up, glasses, and just as sweet as could be!
She always made sure our drinks were full, was thorough with taking our order and making sure it was to our liking, even giving us suggestions when we wasnt sure. Which I felt like it was very helpful.
As a "foodie" , one thing I have learned is- the smaller the menu, the better/fresher the food! And it's always been true.
Delicious, huge, fresh cheeseburgers on grilled buns with all the toppings! Freshly made onion rings that werent greasy as well (a lot of places make them so oily) and delicious!
We joked around about it being his birthday and our anniversary and that it would be funny if I told them to sing happy birthday to him cause he hates it. Haha!
Our amazing waitress went and got the COOK and another waitress and sung to him even though they dont normally do that! And they were so funny and kind about it, it really made it such a great experience!!
Also, the prices! The prices are SO affordable! We were on a strict vacation budget so it was so nice to find a place that didnt over charge you.
We was even able to get 2 scoops of their HANDMADE ice cream (mint chocolate chip) each, and my husband got a piece of their to-die-for, homemade crust & all, coconut cream pie. He said out of all the desserts he has eaten that it was the best coconut cream pie ever! The ice cream was so creamy and delicious!
Our whole meal plus drinks and sides with desserts was only $25! Thats an amazing deal for such yummy food!
I really didnt plan on writing so much but I hope others find this wonderful place with such nice staff and give it a try!
Just because it doesnt look fancy doesnt mean it's not QUALITY dining!
Thanks for making our trip so much fun and giving us a great memory.
When we come back next year with our kids, we will return!
