We stopped at the Loudonville, OH McDonald's on our way home from Mohican after doing a DJ gig. It was late, and we almost thought it was closed, but there were a couple other cars in the drive-through. The voice that greeted us was pleasant. We ordered a couple meal combos. When we got to the window, the employee provided a larger than ordered decaf that was freshly made. She said they were closing soon, and that they didn't want to throw the decaf away, so they gave it to me. The fries were some of the best I've ever had. They were hot & crispy. I always get a filet-o-fish because I don't eat meat. The filet was hot & fresh, as well. Awesome food at Loudonville McDonald's!! The only advice I would give this establishment is to fix any burned out signs so customers can tell you're open for business. We almost drove by, thinking it was closed. We don't live nearby, so I thought they might have early hours. Oh, and our server wore a fun Halloween shirt. Loved it!!

Boy with long hair and nose piercing (didn’t get his name) in drive thru was very nice! Give him a raise! 12/14 5:30pm

Great service , stop for breakfast every morning and the young gentleman is always polite and professional.

I always get the Frappuccino extra shot of espresso they always make it to order never melted when I get it

Very nice place. One of the nicest McDonald's around. Clean good parking. Nice clean Inside. Manager helped me with my order on my app. Somehow it messed up or I hit the wrong button. But she was nice and fixed it. Thank you again

I admit, I'm biased, as decades ago I put in my years of teenage drive through work here... But despite the recent unfortunate modern remodel from the beautiful classic design this store remains the crown jewel of the local McDs. Clean, quick, accurate, easy to park in, just about every box ticked.

No issues with the order and the staff are always nice.

Great place, you use a self order kiosk, pay ,and they bring the food to your table. Very clean and nice environment.

I am a frequent flyer at this location and there frappes are the best whoever trains there drive thru people does a good job I tend to joke with them at the speaker and they normally play rite along and seem to enjoy there jobs

I always enjoy the food and the people I deal with in the morning is always so friendly. I never go into any of the locations but this is the only McDonald's I use around my home.

Fast service, friendly employees, & hot delicious food! One if the best McDonald's I've been too. So good in fact that I never write reviews but had to for this location 😁

Clean restrooms, clean restaurant area. Employee was mopping behind cash registers at 1p.m. when we were there. The food was typical McDonald's. Very good. The staff was friendly. They had self order & pay kiosks, but we went to the cashier. It was a good experience all around.

Stopped for breakfast, too late. It was a bit after 11 am. So I had my call back... 2 Filet of Fish. Busy, pleasant staff, clean.

The food was hot and the fries were salted to perfection! Shakes were delicious too!

I dont know who but on September 22, 2020 at around 11:30a.m. I got an iced coffee French vanilla with extra French and a shot of espresso. Usually when I order this from this McDonald's its not that great but I was extremely tired from working both my jobs so I decided I need something to wake me up... I just want whoever was the one who made my coffee that day to know that I wish they could make my coffee every day thru there it was soooo good. THE BEST!!! Excellent work 👏 😊💖

Awesome experience at the Loudonville OH restaurant. Everyone was super friendly and got our order completely correct. Fantastic customer service! Made our day passing through town.
