Build-A-Bear Workshop

The BAB Team at this location are so patient, helpful and packed to the brim with energy. I don't really know how they do it, but they make every visit wonderful. They've helped me restuff and stitch up my older Hello Kitty BABs. I came by to get the gigantic Cinnamoroll, thanks to Trenton, who is always very nice and cheerful on the phone.

Love Build A Bear! It us officially a family tradition! Took baby number 3 for his first bear experience with his older sisters. What a wonderful time! Friendly staff, clean and neat shop. Very kid friendly from top to bottom from beginning to end! Will be back soon to make another treasured family memory!!

I went to stuff a toy and show my cat around the mall (she loves going out) .... she loved the attention and the employees were so friendly and attentive to her!

autistic adult, i feel a little awkward going to “kids stores”. i collect build a bear and i brought in a vintage and a newer one to get stuffed.

the workers were very kind and made me feel welcome. talked about build a bears and their favorite ones, and how silly it was they didn’t do a werewolf build a bear this year.

they also did a really good job making my bear stiff as i requested and sewn up the back really well (mine had strings cut due to being older)

overall i would really recommend going here!

Great shop for kids to come pick a toy and participate in the stuffing process. It is a very interactive as a child works together on filling a toy with stuff.

I'm 17 and they still make the experience just as fun :)

Camea and Chelsea were super sweet and helpful!! we had a ton of fun and will definitely be coming here for any other bear-related needs!

Good experience for kids that can last a lifetime, friendly welcoming staff that are very nice to children. I would recommend but be careful if you are budget the cost of extras can add up quick.

My granddaughter had a fabulous time building her bear. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the selection was fabulous! I highly recommend. I was jealous. I wanted one for myself lol

Absolutely amazing! My husband is in the military and he was able to leave a personal message for our kids whenever they squeeze the paw. It really helps!

We treated our granddaughter to a birthday bear. Found a lot of fun items to dress the bear and even a fun stuffed car for the bear to drive around in. She had a blast picking out her bear and accessories.

The staff were very friendly and patient with my 3 year old who was putting her binky in a stuffed animal. She had a great time.

The people here made my experience feel like I was also a child. I bought the gift for someone else, but I did shimmy, restart the heart, and made good vibes on my Eevee. Even when it wasn't cooperating being stitched shut.

Came here for a surprise for our kids before our move and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent more then we wanted but our kids had a blast and love their bears. That's all that matters. They also have specials going on and for every 25 dollars get a $10 gift card. So not bad if you want to get little outfits.

This Build-a-Bear is the best I've ever been to!
Natalie is such a great host for the kiddos, my daughter has a really hard time in social situations but she opens up whenever she's building a bear with her. The team here in general is so family friendly and they all seem like they genuinely enjoy their work, I love how they wear bears on them during their shifts. They also have awesome promotions like all the time, they do a birthday bear where you pay the age you (or your little one) is turning. I will absolutely be coming back and recommend that folks come down to The Alderwood Mall for this store.

The experience was perfect from start to finish. Especially in the pandemic times. The store associates were super friendly, counting and letting people in to meet the social distancing requirements. The store was clean and orderly. The kids had a blast. We felt safe while we were there.

It was great to for my kids they were so excited to make a build a bear. My oldest kids have already been there twice but my youngest kids this was there first time.
It was truly great. I love my kids and love to see them so happy.
