I called RIGHT before they closed, 5 minutes, and I was still greeted with incredible and friendly customer service. He was very nice and knowledgeable! He, both, answered my call and questions with superb efficiency! I love t-mobile regardless of their locations the experience is always great!

Went into this store and was helped by Brandon. I came in to buy their internet, and left with their internet. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything. I was in and out with the modem already set up and ready to go.

These guys are great at this location! Fast, friendly, and super helpful. They made my Christmas shopping quick and painless! Thank you!

Great experience with Morgan and Eric today! I've had some pretty awful experiences at other Sprint locations before, but today went so smoothly. Morgan knew exactly what she was doing to get us set up with two new devices and two watches, and helped us with all of our questions. Eric also helped in discussing ways we could save money and get the most from our plan. He also has an excellent sense of humor! Both of them were friendly, fun to chat with, and total professionals. Thanks so much, Morgan and Eric!

The site was very clean & the associates are super friendly. They actually took the time out of their busy day to assist me with my needs which meant soo much & was greatly appreciated! However one associate stood out to me the most her name was Ashley, she is an outstanding employee! When I come back I do hope she is there to assist!

I had a great experience at this location. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Lamar was wonderful, open, honest and went above and beyond. I went in to pay a bill and ended up upgrading my phone, getting my husband a watch, and saving money on my monthly bill. Excellent service!

This store is AMAZING! I came in to get a new Iphone and both Brian and Jourdan were so amazing and helpful during the whole process, i couldnt say anything but positve things about both of them. If you have any needs at all whether you are a T-mobile customer or not, THIS IS THE STORE TO GO TO!

Both Morgan and Lamar were super helpful with assisting me yesterday, but I definitely want to shout out Lamar for helping me find all of the things I needed for my new phone, and the transition was a breeze! Super friendly, helpful, professional, and made sure that all of my needs were met! Would definitely recommend them!

Brian and team were phenomenal!! I came in with a difficult situation and was ready to change providers since I couldn't get help with customer service from sprint over phone. These guys took time to understand my situation and find resolutions. It was really comforting knowing they took my situation and made it their own and had the passion to get me a resolution. I am so happy with the customer service we got! We we told about all of our options, they were very professional and patient as we made our decision. They were very helpful with getting everything transferred over to our new phones . I absolutely love my new iPhone 8 Plus. I won’t go to any other sprint store but this one! Initially went to a different sprint store that was not helpful and was making mistakes that would have created problems in the future. Though thanks to the expertise of Eric, we were able to switch service providers. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and already have!

Eric was very helpful in selecting phones and plans for me and my wife. There was an error pulling our phone numbers over and Eric stayed an hour and a half past closing time to make sure we were set up. I highly recommend this store for a comfortable setting with great service minded management.

We came to sprint for help solving some issues we were having and Eric and Randall were incredibly helpful! At first no solutions were found and my wife and I left, but about 30 minutes later they gave us a call with a solution. I have never had someone working sales put in extra effort after we left and believed all options exhausted.

Eric and Brian are always so incredibly helpful! I've had the pleasure of knowing them for almost 2 years and they're always a delight. I also got to meet Hailey who was incredibly friendly and personable. I'll go to this location everytime because of their customer service. :)

Real customer service at a cheaper price! Yes, you can order phones online, but who help you when there is a problem. Evertime I go this location, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Most recently, Brian went above and beyond to get my kids' new plan setup. He stayed passed closing time to get everything setup correctly. He also found a way to get the same phones and plan $50/month cheaper than the location in the mall was quoting.

The store manager Eric was great to work with. Had me in and out in less then 15 minutes even though there were two people in front of me. Also installed my SIM card and activated my phone for free.

I have had ongoing issues with another sprint store being misled and lied to several times and having my bill wrong. I went to this sprint store and within minutes Eric had the issue fixed and refunded! Eric was very helpful in resolving the issue and super nice! I recommend this store.

Eric is awesome and helped upgrade my mom’s phone and added a line for my dad. He explained all the promos and got us the best deal for what we needed. He took the extra time to make sure my dad’s phone number was ported over correctly from TracPhone and explained all the extra benefits Sprint offers. If you want great customer service and knowledgeable people....go to this location! I drove from Wytheville because I have had less than friendly and incompetent people in the past at my local Wytheville store and haven’t been back. Will definitely be a return customer.

The employees at this location are always super helpful. I came in to ask for help with my damaged phone and Morgan was very knowledgeable and helped me find the solution. She even installed my screen protector for me. Phenomenal service!!!!
