Starbucks

This is my neighborhood coffee shop! Super friendly, baristas, who recognize you, great coffee and delicious food. I come here for a long time, I come here with friends, I meet up with colleagues. It’s a great location with a great team!

There is an employee Isabella, who was like angel to me yesterday, she helped me out of her way when my car was broken and my phone was out of the battery . She helped me getting the Uber , so I can get home easily. I really appreciate her help so much 😊

Been going here for a few years. Couldn’t be happier. Treated like family. Everyone has a great attitude. Store is managed and run really well. I’m just another happy customer who wanted to share my gratitude! Keep up good work everyone!

Very happy with my recent visit to Starbucks drive thru after a medical appointment. My friend & I ordered frappuccino's & were just delighted with them! Fast & friendly service also. Well worth a stop.

I've always liked this place. They were always friendly and on top of things. Like most businesses the pandemic / employee turnover has had an effect on this place. I totally get it, it's very hard to deal with the turnover, and I give them kudos for their persistence. I predict they'll push through it, and come out shining.

So, so impressed by the friendly and professional service by an exceptional team.
Thursday, March 11, I made it a point to stop bye again and this time I was determined to lavish my compliments on the staff members that consistently exceeded my expectations. Surely, the amiable staff person that took my order and the young women who took my money and bestowed my drink in a friendly manner were trained well in the Starbucks' Way, but I figured; the outstanding exceptional service may be due in a large part to parental influence.
Frankly, my compliments will have to wait, because on the 11 th of March ---- the "Super Staff" workers were missing in action.
Day off I imagine....

Today we had the best ever experience at a Starbucks. Super fast, friendly, helpful, and made our day. Despite the midday grocery rush, the guy made great conversation, helped us load spent grounds for the garden into our car, and then brought out a puppy-cino for our dog. Will be back again soon!! (Thanks Derek, pretty sure that was your name!)

I stop into this location everyday before work and load up on teas for the day. Hilary is absolutely fantastic, positive, and always puts a smile on my face. She knows my order and exactly how I like it. Thank you so much for being such a great start to my day.

This is my go to Starbucks partially due to it's proximity to work but also because I've never received a drink/food that was made incorrectly. The staff here has even gotten to know me and you can tell they actually care about making your day via caffeination/satiation. I used to sit in the drive thru line and was often having to leave my house earlier just in case there was a line but now I use mobile order, park, and run in.

Good Starbucks. Really good at keeping the lines moving - love that there is a drive-thru so I can stop by before my local shopping/window-shopping days. The BJs gas station can get busy, making it slightly tough to get out of the parking area at times, but nothing that should stop someone from dropping in. The inside is pretty small so keep that in mind if you plan on working or studying inside. Since it's smaller, I feel a bit more awkward staying there for extended periods of time.

The customer service was amazing. The crew is on time with the serving.

Both my wife and I ordered the seasonal drink at another Starbucks and they made it wrong. Stopped at this location and they remade it no questions asked and it was perfect! Made our afternoon. Would bucks at again.
