The newest Starbucks to be located in Shrewsbury Mass in the old "Spags" location on Route 9. In the new Shopping Plaza.

What i love about this particular Starbucks: The smell of freshly brewed coffee when you walk in that makes me happy!

Parking is very easy at this Plaza it's located at! Beautiful layout, very sunny.

Hi the wait staff are always very helpful happy and pleasant to deal with and very friendly

My favorite drink is a Java Chip Frappuccino with whipped cream on top!

Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I live close to this Starbucks so have been here multiple times: drive through, pick up or in-person order. Usually there is a long line for drive-through late mornings or afternoons, so I do pick up at those times.
The employees are nice and friendly and the drinks are great. One of the best Starbucks!

This was my first time in this relatively new location. Easy in and out of parking lot. Even though it was crowded, the line moved quickly. Both of our drinks were made perfectly. The condiment area was clean and there were plenty of each item including full containers of half n half and milk.

I know they get fired if they aren't friendly but I really enjoy the folks that work here. Not proud I patronize "big coffee" but hopefully my money is helping provide a decently paying job to these really positive and kind people. Cheers y'all!

My cup had a crack in it and it emptied out into my cup holder. I brought it back, explained what happened and the employees were so nice. They even gave me something to clean it up with. Love them !

Great coffee and super friendly staff. I especially love the iced green tea in the summer time. Very refreshing. They used to sell really good headphones (yes, headphones) lol but I went in today and the girl said she's never heard of them. I bought mine in Auburn, and I visited Shrewsbury today, so maybe that could be a reason why they didn't have them and she hadn'theard of them. Kind of surprising as I figured they're a chain abs typically offer the same products at each location. I really wished they still sold them, they were great! Ah well, had to go to auto zone instead 😔

I love the peppermint white mocha and it almost always is made the same so you can rely on it. You don't have to worry if it's going to be to weak or gross ever time you go. Also if you pay through the same app you can save up stars to get different items depending on the amount of stars you have.

Always Friendly Baristas!! The store is well lit, I always feel comfortable going here, I see hand washing all the time, unlike some locations I will not mention. The baristas really work hard at all locations, I have never had a drink made wrong here it is always GREAT!!! I have seen other people ask for a remake and they never hesitate to do so. I asked for a remake at a different location a few weeks ago and was told NO!!!!

Probably the most clean Starbucks I've ever been in. Not much interaction as I ordered ahead of time through the app. Baristas were all busy and seemed to be having a good time being where they were. Always a plus. Drinks came out amazing (passion unsweetened iced tea & salted iced cold brew which I highly recommend) and the spinach feta wrap was delicious. Everything came out separate but we didn't mind. As we picked things up we were thanked and to "Have a nice day" by the barista. Very kind. I'll be coming back to this Starbucks.

I don't know why or how... But this place has their act together. Quick service with a friendly smile. I actually hate that this place has been so reliable since they opened as I have become lazy and come here instead of making coffee at home. Drive thru and inside are quick.

Very friendly employees. They go the extra mile and get your order correct every time. The interior is very clean and a good place to sit, trade stocks, sip coffee, or do nothing

Staff are great and my order is always made right!! My Starbucks app saves me money when I use it to pay, each star earned can be used towards my next order.

SFM Kaylin is the best, she always knows how to make my drink right. Love her and her staff at night, they’re AMAZING!!

Came in to order a large iced coffee but quickly learned that a grande actually means small always thought grande meant larger than life Ariana grande HELLO anyway joe had enough points to get something from the prize wall I guess that's a thing but decided he would do it next time joe also wanted to buy my coffee since he got points for the said prize wall Joe's always trying to work a deal the bathroom was clean and the other customers weren't loud would be nice if they had salmon fritters

Absolutely THE best Starbucks in the area. Great staff, great tastes. Former employee roommate is picky about her Starbucks experience and will not go anywhere else.

My friends and i are in Starbucks Shrewsbury atleast 3-4 times every week. Great place to visit and see friends. Usually 7am-9am. Customer service 5 stars

I love this location. Even when they are busy the employees are very helpful!!

I really don't go here for their coffee, my wife does. But I do love their pastries, they taste real and not artificial like Dunkin's do.
