I went midday and there was no line which was amazing lucky me! But more importantly the agent who assisted me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and efficient. We live nearby and I'm very grateful that are experienced so far has been positive with this USPS store. Hope they are able to keep it up! It really puts a smile on your face when a seemingly inconvenient Aaron turns out to be a smooth and positive experience overall because of good customer service and operational expertise.

I have to admit, after reading all of the reviews for this location I was hesitant to come here. But, it was a very good experience. There was a short line that was handled in a timely manner, and when it was my turn I was done and over with my return in a matter of seconds. The lady behind counter seemed nice as well, I didn't hear any form of aggression from her as I waited.

This is the post office closest to my home. I'm glad and grateful that I can go by foot. In 10+ years living in Ravensworth Farms, I can't recall a single complaint. If I would change something, it would be the business hours so I don't have to go all the way to Merrifield.

Vicky is great. I don’t know why everyone is giving these bad reviews. I sent a package a couple days ago and she was very nice. Today I came back because I lost the receipt and I really needed it. She was very helpful to look for it. Thank you Vicky, you’re the best.

This's the great service I've ever experienced. I didn't know the lady name but she was so friendly polite and helpful.

I have dropped off a number of personal and business packages, and I have always been greeted with courteous and helpful staff. Lines are very low and move very quickly.

Staff was very quick, and helpful. It's a small post office, so I'm sure it gets very busy at times.

Post office has moved to 5242 Port Royal Road (Same shopping center, across the hall from old location). See that listing if you are looking for the post office. 5238 Port Royal Road is now a swimming school. Phone number listed here rings with no answer and may have not moved with the post office. This listing should probably be deleted as a Post Office but I don't see that option.

Victoria, kinda rude lady. No, we don't have tape, no sorry the sticker partially covered address, buy this label or packaging next time. Plus side is this office is not busy. Maybe the service is why? OH! The retail hrs say 9- 5 but they take a lunch break. So don't plan on getting your pkgs mailed then

Rude lady working the counter. Told me to buy $1 label to ship first class package. I then asked her if I could just write it on the box instead and she said 'sure'. Umm, why not tell me that in the first place. I even had the address written down on a piece of paper but that wasn't good enough for her. Weirdo.

Want a friendly experience? Don't go here...the ady behind the desk (name begins with a V ends in an A would be perfect for a bah humbug movie role.

They close from 12 to 2pm for lunch??? Wow maybe change your hours online and on the doors. Waste of people's time.
