Dunkin'

America runs on Dunkin!! I know that I certainly start my morning off with something from this establishment every morning. Despite the deceptions from a couple of other reviewer‘s below me, this place is ALWAYS clean, the service is so friendly, and the food is always prepared damn near to perfection.

This is the sort of thing that keeps customers coming back over and over again.

Our order wasn't right in the drive thru but they fixed it and were so nice when we went inside. They made my astronaut's day!

Best Dunkin within 20 miles easily. They have a new manager that has the place rocking!! Had a pretty complicated and busy order that the her staff handled with absolute ease!! Someone ALWAYS greets me when I walk through the door no matter how busy they are, and I always get a warm farewell now when I leave!! The really awesome thing this Dunkin has over any of the other coffee places around, is their memory. I ordered a drink with the new manager, and 3 days later SHE REMEMBERED the drink. Now 2 of the staff know what I'm getting and just ask if I'm getting the usual. It's nice to feel like a regular at such a busy well known place. She definitely has taught the team how to keep their customers happy. Highly recommend!!

I recently discovered the Duncan App, and I like it! Food and coffee are excellent as well.

Love their new iced coffees.

They are very kind. Feel like celebrity whenever I'm there. Served with smiles. They are happy to always make sure your coffee is magnificent. They are like family. I must mention my fur baby loves those puppy cups.

Great service and very kind staff and clean environment

I was confused when 4 workers were chatting at the drive-thru window and didn't even acknowledge me at the counter. If the conversation was that important, eye contact or a nod would go a long way.

I’m only giving 5 stars for one worker that is in there everytime I come. She is always running the front and the window and even tho that seems so overwhelming she always has a smile and a pleasant tone. Diamond, I would like to thank you for all your hard work! And I hope you make it far in the company!!

Chick with the red hair Adriana was a great help.. they all work hard.. Coffee was great, doughnuts were stocked, breakfast bagel sandwhich was hot. I went inside rather than the drive thru. Busy location, but not a long wait at all

Was a quiet time and there was no wait..the place was clean and the donut were fresh..the way they should be! My favorites are the apple fritters.. They are always the same quality. Fresh!! The coffee was amazing, I was told by the guy warming his hands with the cup of fresh coffee..it smelled so good I wished I could drink coffee

Clean bathroom. Efficient service at 330 pm. They have a small selection of donuts in the afternoon, but they have the popular ones. We got a dozen. Overall, my sons and I have never had a bad experience here. We always have a good one. :-)

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always polite a deal the coffee is always great. If you get a bagel ask for it to be lightly toasted because I have had the occasional extra toasty bagel. Overall great service!

This staff deserves all the credit. They work super hard every morning working the drive thru, counter, and mobile orders. The job can't be easy being very fast pased, dealing with morning grouchy customers. Good job guys!

my husband and i got coffees at the dunkin’ on shelby/31 and it just wasn’t quite right. for the sake of time, we came to the SV location since it’s closer to our house. they replaced our drinks for free and they were perfect. super sweet staff!

They now have gluten-free brownies which is pretty great, coffee is pretty good with cream and sugar. Lots of options food and drink wise and more cost effective than Starbucks, more home feeling.

Many options, decently priced and yummy! Nice atmosphere ,well maintained decor and very clean. Staff is very helpful - they helped me narrow down my choices ( so many good drinks to choose from ) I wish there were more dunkin donuts around

Fast breakfast but they seemed to think all the drive thru orders were online pre orders. Assuming. . Hot food good donuts.

Great coffee. Much more affordable than Starbucks. And the quality is just as good.
