This store is very well run. Sarah was amazing and came through on every request! The folks on the register were aware and responsive. It was impressive to find a retailer that still values the consumer. Quality products, too. You get what you pay for. Stopped in for a new pair of slippers since my last ones wore out after 3 years of daily wear, inside and out. No complaints here! Kudos ll bean.

L.L. Bean's has the highest quality line of outdoor clothing and equipment, bar none. It's been that way for decades. Some things never change, and LL Bean's is one of them.

I remember before it was sold and everything was made here, everything was high quality and had a lifetime warranty. Things are cheaper, made, a lot overseas, and the warranty has changed. If I stopped making top knotch stuff.. I'd not guarantee it either. I used to spend more to get LL BEAN quality. Now it's a step over Walmart and Target

Allison and Jason were absolutely top notch with customer service! Got me a great deal on a 1/4 fleece and even got me the tall size I wanted online and is shipping to my house for free! I will be back!

My dad went in and tried on a few jackets and the people who were there and helped him get a new jacket were very helpful

This place is great. I love everything about ll bean but this store is always welcoming and friendly. A women spent about a half hour in the back looking for a winter coat I wanted. It's September so it was stored away still. The store is always clean and the customer service is 10 star.

While L.L.Bean is more expensive than a lot of the competition, we had occasion to have to return something. (Wrong size, completely my fault) quick and painless. It is nice to see a store that values customer service.

Husband bought me a LL Bean fleece coat large its pefrect gorgeous purple and so very soft great make material something that will last and keep me warm for years to come...

Bought my first pair of bean boots here. Staff was awesome. They helped find the perfect pair. Some of the deals are great in-store. The employees are extremely knowledgeable.

I'm a long time ll bean fan. This location is smaller than expected but I found everything what I was looking for (shoes and coats).

My favorite thing is to be able to buy shoelaces in different sizes/colors for a great price!
