Panera Bread

A busy Saturday evening and there were lots of happy diners here at this Panera location. It was great to observe the cook staff as they went about their work! The camaraderie and teamwork were fun to watch and you can see that they LOVE cooking for people! The food was delicious, the place was clean and bright and everybody was happy to be there! Also-- the new items on the menu (pepperoni & mozzarella baguette) were in such high demand that they ran out of baguettes.

Stopped in for coffee and a scone for a snack. I was handed a cup to get self-serve coffee and the orange scone, although nicely sized, was a bit dry and had no flavor with the exception of the icing on top. The server was patient and pleasant.

Called in a large family order for pickup. All ordered items were packed up and ready at the appropriate time for pickup. Good job.

I had a last minute luncheon needed for a conference at work. This Panera Bread pulled it off last minute, which I was entirely grateful for.

The staff that I called and spoke with over the phone were extremely friendly and helpful, as was the nice woman who delivered it. She had such a long drive too to get here. A+ all around, and of course great fresh ingredients in the food.

We like Panera a lot. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken Teryaki With Rice Bowl. It came with some good bread. Very nice. If you don't mind the cafeteria-style of eating a meal, Panera Bread is a very good choice.

Chili is excellent for people with lots of allergies

Don't put too much weight on some of the bad reviews, I've been to this location several times over the past few years. Great food, somewhat pricey but it's quality food, if you want cheap food go to McDonald's. Sometimes my order has been less than perfect but Sammy always makes it right. The rest of the staff is also friendly and accommodating.

Love this place, the sandwiches are huge if you get the full. Really feels like your money's worth plus good quantity that doesn't make you feel gross after eating. Would def recommend the turkey bravo!

Generally, in order to write a review, I have to be satisfied and feel as though a group of employees, as a whole has gone just a bit extra than would be expected in order to create a memorable experience. In this case, Panera in Millbury has exceeded all of my expectations repeatedly in cleanliness, operation, and customer service.

I began coming to Panera regularly after signing up for the Coffee subscription promotion. I have just started school again and know that coffee is the fuel that will help me through. What I really wanted was a place that I could "set-up-shop" and get down to work away from the every day hustle and bustle. The Millbury Panera has done that.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for a good portion of my life and the level and quality of service that I see every day I am here is outstanding. Management has an attention to detail that is rare and have expectations that, at least from a customer perspective, are reasonable and clear for their employees. The employees always greet me with a smile, which is clear even behind their mask and have a presence that is inviting and caring. I am always pleased with the outstanding quality of food and the ease of ordering. Though it is generally VERY busy around lunchtime, it is clear that this result is a testament to everything that I have previously discussed.

I could not be happier with my decision to sign up for that subscription and I believe that good service should be recognized when it happens. As a whole, this Panera runs with an exceptional level of service and attention and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good meal and a great environment.

Love this Panera location. I come here to work from my laptop all the time and have coffee dates with my friends! They have a great and spacious seating area, offer a few vegan options on their menu, have strong coffee to get your work done, I just wish they had better tasting vegan food items. But overall, super nice staff, clean café, and a great location within a plaza with plenty of other shops and things to explore!

I want to give a great review to the employee Zack. I have been having difficulty with my rewards card and I have complained about it at 2 other Panera Bread companies. Nothing was ever done about it. Finally thanks to Zack he addressed it.

Sammy made our visit fantastic! From his recommendation to try the soufflé (our new favorite) to the well-made everything bagels, this Panera is worth your time. Stop in, have a hot coffee and enjoy making new friends!

Easy ordering, food came out fast. My granddaughter bearly eats when we go out, she ate her whole meal.

The manager, Kaitlyn (hope I spelled her name correctly), saved my purse when I accidentally left it the other day. I’m so grateful for that! The employees at this Panera are always friendly, kind, and accommodating.

Panera Bread has the best Cuban sandwiches. I get it every time I come and is always good. Plus the juice options are really good . I also, like the prices.

Great place to stay and get a coffee and do art. Delicious food, great staff. Fast short wait on prepared items. Can eat-in or get take out and they offer pick-up service through a third party delivery app/service such as I believe the specific one here is Grubhub. If you need a place to hangout before or during shopping or need a quick caffeinated boost, or just a decaf coffee this is the place to go in Millbury shopping center! I believe their hours are generally 6:30 am to 9 pm daily and also they have some outlets for laptop as well as phone charging available for customers. Some in walls other in booths.

Always love panera for a cheat dinner. A bit on the expensive side for the smaller portions but you get what you pay for in quality! Food always tastes healthy and amazing.

A nice place to host some meetings and get a quick bite to eat. This location has always been very clean and the employees are always very pleasant. One of my go-places in the city

The young man at the front..outstanding customer service..However my heart felt bad for him he was the only one? But he did it with a smile. I do think your products are good but very expensive.

I stopped in briefly to purchase beverages to go while I was shopping. The woman at the counter was very pleasant and courteous while she assisted me with my order.
