Jimmy John's

Their sandwiches are really good, the bread is freshly baked and soft! We love this place far better than their competitors. Their app is super practical. Their rewards system is really nice. We frequently get free subs, cookies, or chips. The young people who tend to us are always friendly when we go to pick up. The place is clean if we want to eat in. All in all, it is one of our favorite fast food places!

Andrew is awesome. I got three loaves of day old bread and one fresh from the drive through, I dropped them all on the ground. He not only took responsibility for the mishap (which was my fault), He replaced our day old bread with fresh bread. We had a bread feast with the family that night thanks to Andrew. God bless you my friend. We are coming back soon.

Blake and Angie were awesome! We came in just before closing, had a pretty complex order and they made our sandwiches perfectly. All the while they had a great attitude and went above and beyond with their friendly attentiveness and conversation. Thanks for serving us!

I came to this location around 8:30 on Sunday! Andrew was SOOO NICE. Gave me a free drink for no reason, and his customer service was great! Will def be back

Quick service and friendly staff. Plus the bathroom was clean!

Freaky slow and I watched them make sandwiches mine was a veggie I ordered and they messed it up and put turkey on it and then wrapped it up then caught that unwrapped it removed the turkey and then the rolled it back up. I would not recommend this jimmy johns. Super slow

Service was super quick, by the time I paid my food was already done. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, I would definitely come again!

I had the best experience here today. Lately I have dealt with so much from my husband passing, to my job being eliminated here and relocating to a different state etc. So when I placed my order and came to this location to find out that I placed my order at the Oswego location and not the Montgomery location I almost broke out in tears. The gentleman that assisted me helped so efficiently and so professionally. He looked at my email confirmation to verify where I placed my order. He then called the Oswego store to have them void out my order so that he could ring it up at this store and remake my sandwich. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays so when I do get it, I have to make sure that I praise it. Thank you!!!

Great service here. Always quick and polite. Most Jimmy John's I visit do not give me napkins at the drive through, but this one always provides a bag with a few napkins.
