Great selection as compared with other CP

Do not go to this location if you're claustrophobic! It's jam packed in there and overheated. I went in one day and got so hot and irritable, I had to put down what I planned on buying and leave. God forbid if you have a stroller. The store associates are all teenagers and they chitchat loudly and incessantly but they're friendly enough. The reason for 3 stars are the good deals they always have, especially around the holidays.

Not even joking, I was asked about 10 times if I wanted to open a credit card while I was purchasing two t shirts. I was so annoyed after the 3rd time she asked me I didn't even want the shirts anymore.

We get vouchers for fostering a couple kids for the state of texas and the childrens place is one of the three places that participates. We used them in the past year. The manager in charge didn’t even bother to look it up. She said we don’t participate very rudely and told us to go away. Conversation was less than 5 min. Will report to corporate because the program is not a managers discretion program. Not our fault she was uneducated. They promote anybody these days.

I went to this store because it was the closest for me to pickup an item in the same day.... The service was simply awful. The cashier was very unprofessional and appeared to become increasingly confused about how to complete a very easy transaction. The manager was not much better and I can understand why the cashier’s personality was horrible. No social distance practices were being honored and it is not likely I will return to this location. Only reason I went was because my preferred store did not have the items currently in stock. Next time I will either just have items delivered or patronize elsewhere.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE!! We went in for a simple card payment and they can’t even do that! We told the cashier mohammed the exact payment amount and we were charged more than the current balance even was. When we told him about it the store manager shavante was involved which was no help bc she did absolutely nothing to fix the mistake she probably taught him which leaves her in no position to run a store if she can’t even fix mistakes made by her staff. ZERO stars if I could.

Horrible they had signs that were 50% but my amount was still expensive poor customer service SYLVIA . She then said I can sign up for rewards cards to get 30% off my PURCHASE she gets my info and then says they’ll need my info so I can’t qualify for it I will get a call in two weeks to reapply . She then charged DOUBLE MY PRICE and even charged me more the first time said I will get a refund that day never did I contacted SHAVANTE she was as helpless as her it took me may 4th 2021-may 28th 2021 and thousands of calls back to back to get my refund . NEVER AGAIN. VERY DIRTY .

Very poor service, Monday December 19, 2016 around 9:30 a.m. I walked in the store and there were clothes all over the floor. Completely understand organized. The cashier was very bored/tired/unhappy to be at work or to attend us. Management needs to step in and enforce better service.

Awful. The store is too small. They have 50% signs everywhere to lure you in. Get to the register and it's still expensive. I left. I love CP in Grapevine. You can shop with ease and love your purchases.

This location gives the Children’s Place a bad name. This is the third time I came to this location and the staff is terrible. Maybe management should try hiring people who actually want to work. When ask the worker; with excuse me she gave me the why you bothering me look and rolled her eyes. The other staff member was hiding. I used to shop children’s place all the time, but rarely do now.

I like kohls better more selection to choose from & great prices..
