Switched to T-Mobile after finally leaving the Verizon cartel. Right from the beginning I was very happy. The manager and associate both knew what they were talking about and were on point for the whole transaction. I moved 3 lines from Verizon and got a really great deal and a ton of useful information. I highly recommend this location!!

A kind, patient and helpful staff. Knowledgeable and good at explaining all the fine print. The location is clean and spacious with lots of seating. Upgrading two phones was easy & painless.

Went in as a dissatisfied Verizon customer, left a happy new T-mobile customer. Porting process was simple, Ken was very knowledgeable and got us all the right promotions and settings for the account even accounting for two of the lines/phones needing to be shipped out of state to my parents.

Helpful staff very friendly didn't feel rushed to make a purchase. They were very knowledgeable about what I wanted, which made my purchase easy.

I was at the store Wednesday, and the lady named Azelin took great care of me. She was extremely professional and helped me pick the phone that I liked. She helped me to download my pictures and all my apps. Wonderful job,

Switched from Verizon to T-mobile.......not a headache at all here! Ken was unbelievable, just the best, SO intelligent, SO helpful, we went in expecting the worst but were pleasantly surprised at the ease he brought to our situation. Clean store and friendly staff. Thank you Ken!

The employees at this store are beyond amazing!!!! Adrianna and Cole went out of their way to help me when I thought I would stuck on my ex's plan forever!! Their service, and professionalism was outstanding!!! I was there until closing time and they were so kind and patient!!!!! Adrianna took the time to explain in detail everything!!! It was much appreciated!!!! Highly recommend this store and Adrianna and Cole!!!!

I received excellent service here all around. They were courteous and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in for myself, and my husband decided to join. We were both very satisfied with the way the customers coming in were taken care of. I would highly recommend the North Haven T-Mobile store.

The T-Mobile experts at the North Haven store were so helpful and kind they made me feel important and there knowledge of my problem was great it's people like Ken Shepard and his associate why I have stuck with TMobile

I had some hard to deal with issues with my phone I lost. Tona (think that was her name), was excellent. She went above and beyond,and knew all the ways to get things done. Very professional and knowledgeable. She should be promoted upwards within the company.
