Had the best experience last weekend. Walked into Fremont Staples and was immediately greeted by an awesome customer service person. He found the ink I was looking for and signed me up.for Staples rewards. I paid and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Gotta give credit where credit is deserved!

I wanted to thank two store associates who helped me during my visit at the store (store # 1299 in Fremont, CA) on Friday, May 24. One staff offered his help around the store and also helped me set up a store app to get the discounts. The other associate was kind enough and took his time to explain to me how discounts work and how I can get most for my purchase. I was touched and impressed by the service I received as a customer. I appreciate the attention and warm hospitality during my visit. Thank you for having such great employees who value and care for their customers. Thank you.

This unassuming Staples has become my go-to for printing and office supplies. The staff has always been helpful whether they're helping with printing orders, locating odd Avery label sizes in store, finding coupons on the app, they are doing a great job making my experience easy. The rewards program is another incentive, but the people that work there are really great.

The store, especially the cashiers, were great. One actually walked me through on using the app. explained how the points work & credited my account for returning ink cartridges.
Later another actually let me use the points before signning into the app (I couldn't remember my password) since I had the app on my phone showing the points.

Staples has always been a staple diet for my stationery needs. And not just because of the quality, variety and price. The staff are very helpful and walk an extra mile to find the right fit for the item that is needed. Especially grateful to staff members Tauseef and Jasmine for this.

Tsa pre enrollment experience. Had an appointment for my brother and walk in for my mom. Service was great. Was very satisfied that my mom was able to get her enrollment done too after my brother. We went in 230pm on Wednesday (my brother’s appointment) and was able to finish for both in about 10 minutes. It was easy and quick (picture taken and fingerprints taken).

I been coming to this printing shop from last 1 year we are in food business and aour menus are always changing This young lad name (JEDD) Really saved my day by going extra mile to help me out with my event poster luckily he figured it out and make everything right for me. He is extremely talented and helpful staple should definitely hire more people like him or at least make new employees go under his training. Thanks JEDDso much God Bless

Pa at the printing services was very helpful with my printing order. She was patient, kind and resourceful. I’m very grateful she was working that day she helped me because I needed an express order and she kindly provided exceptional customer service even when it was busy. Tawseff and the whole team working here are kind hearted and helpful people. I appreciate how they assisted my family and I in doing TSA Precheck and we came back another time to purchase an office chair. Their kindness from the last time we were there made us come back again today to buy the chair in store. Normally I would buy just about everything online, but now I will switch to going out to purchase the supplies I need from this Staples location. Thank you!

Tawseef and Bryan were very helpful! Tawseef was very helpful on the phone before I came and gave great instructions to be prepared for recycling two of my desktops. Tawseef helped me finish updating my app and open the screen I needed to recycle. Great experience and I even got an in store credit that Tawseef had told me I would get!

Tall guy that works the computer section is awesome! Knows his stuff and is very patient and understanding. A laptop I was looking for was not in stock but he helped me get a better one shipped out to me. Very much appreciated. Definitely worth the drive.

This is my new go-to office supply store. I was greeted when I walked in and several employees helped me to find everything I needed. They recently reorganized parts of the store and helped me navigate the changes. One employee even helped me to find a deal on shipping materials. Short lines and great customer service. I’ll definitely be going back.

Store can be seen from the road, and it is easily accessible, whenever I visited there used to be plenty parking available. The store is nicely organised and has several services available on top of the sale. The store representative esp. Harman is very kind and helpful, understands the problem and very knowledgeable as well as willing to help.

This is one of the best stores I have ever been to in California. The store manager was very helpful, friendly and even the store associate Mukund, Print & supply associate Bobbie too. I live in East coast where we do have more office depot stores compared with staples and I really had a pleasant experience over here keep it up you guys are awesome.
