The workers in here are so nice. They made my sandwich great. They also have spicy dill pickle chips that I love. This is probably the highest quality subway I’ve been to.

The freshest vegetables always make me feel like I'm getting is somewhat healthy choice. Nice people / Good. food

One of the most friendliest Subways yet. The family who owns the franchise is all helping out and giving Subway a great name.

5 star service. The staff are amazing and very friendly. They definitely care about their customers. This is an amazing Subway to visit. I cant wait to come back there for another visit.

It's Subway, we had sandwiches, no surprise. But the owner/manager/employee made the visit special. My kids go back to school tomorrow, he wished them luck, gave them a cookie and talked with them about the importance of working hard and told them they can be successful. Even in his busy lunch hour, he was friendly, enthusiastic, and encouraging to my kids. Great guy and I'll support that business in the future.

Stopped in 12/15 around 5pm...Excellent customer service! I will be back. This location will be my new Subway. Thank you! Quick and clean.

The owner was very sweet and told me about getting discounts in the nearby outlet. I will be having subway everytime I come.

So from working previously working customer service for subway for two good years of my life, ive seen what good and bad customer service is and what it is to just get a paycheck as opposed to careing for how your customers are satisfied with their orders , I decided today was extrodinarally handled with good personality, good service and a hard working crew, honestly hope this gets back to the manager john, in Clinton CT subway on West main street, who's taken good care of my girlfriend, her family, and I myself for many years, and especially after a long days work. This location is particularly deserving of good reveiws. John is always repectful of not only his customers, but his employees as well witch is something I personally feel is very important, and make for an over all great experience. As far as his employees, and I did not catch names but, they handled as rush of very harsh and rude customers, and showed none the less outstanding character and professional attitude. Seeing as I have had many different situations with customers in my past employment with the subway franchise, they could not have handled it better. Not to mention in the midst of all this craziness, made my order better than I have myself. This location is very deserveing of it's well business and I will forever continue to return for lunch!:) Keep up the good work John and the rest of the crew!!

Met John for the first time today and he was so sweet (said he was proud of me being a pre-med major multiple times). Subway is really clean. He also owns BEACH DONUT in Clinton!

John and his wife are the owners and super friendly as are all their employees. They know both my wife and me and always have something nice to ask or tell and yes, the food is the BEST!

I love this Subway for the way they keep it nice. They listen carefully and suggest great options. The owners are kind and treat everyone with respect. The food seems super fresh all the time.

The other day I decided to have a salad. It was all of the same great taste, just without the roll or the wrap. On top of that, the owner John chopped it to perfection. He is not just a "Wrap" artist, he is a salad artist too!

Came in with a group and they were so quick and nice! Gave us a nice gift too🍪
