Subway

this is my favourite Subway. the food is as usual; it's a franchised chain, what do you want? but the owner and his family are so warm, kind, helpful, and patient! they really listen to your order, and ask if you're happy with the quantity of each item...it takes a second longer, but it's SO nice that they're thoughtful (and i DO always want more onions, haha!). very kind people, and i hope their business succeeds.

the worst restaurant I've been to. The staff doesn't speak English. How can you confuse a vegetarian cutlet and bacon? I was in a hurry and didn't swear, but giving a vegetan a sandwich with bacon is cool. I threw away the sandwich and will never come here again. By the way , I asked for a sandwich with bread, but they gave me one with pita . Thank you for spoiling the mood

If you are going to come to this country, respect the residents and your customers. Don't act like "go away, I don't want to serve you because you are white". If a customer asks for something on their sandwich, put it on there. I want black olives not 5 of them.

Worst service at any subway ever. My wife speaks Spanish as a second language and two of the employees were talking about us right in front of us.

This is real bad place i ever have experience this kind of customer service. I am still shocked what kind of lady she was she was so rude arrogant and on the top so bloody racist. She discriminated us and said “I AM NOT GONNA SERVE YOU” my kids was asking fir cookies but she didn’t serve us.
We waited so long first she was in bathroom too long when she came back she denied to take my order and got just white customers.
This kind of employee has to be fired right away😡😡😡
Otherwise i will sue this subway

The woman in charge is very rude and inattentive and they do not follow the instructions you give for your sandwich

I asked for a turkey, egg and cheese flat bread sandwich and pointed to the item on the menu and the guy was confused. I said it’s on your menu! It took forever to order a basic item. Very hard to communicate with the worker and the guy did not seem to like his job. I feel bad because subway as a chain is not doing well.

I was questioned why would want more onions! Never happened to me . Lady told want charge extra for it . I told her what means customer service!!!! Because I never head this before any subway that I have been.

I'm writing this on site, 6pm on a Saturday... Hard to believe, but the server said to me, verbatim "we're not serving sandwiches". When I asked why, she replied "we ran out of food." Hard to believe that this is anything other than poor management.

Never seen anyone so disrespectful as the girl behind the glass!!!

Avoid this location. Jacked up prices and rude staff

Muy mala atencion, no recomendable asi tuviera mucha hambre es mejor un Mac donald.
Bad location, for eat something. The personal dont have education, not more.
