Babcock in Orange City says they are the place to be, for what your looking for. Bought a pub high top table n chairs. One of the chairs were uneven and rocking. Josh took it back n had another one set up for me to test n take home. We have shopped for different items since n have always been treated with respect n a friendly smile. Ask for Josh. He never pressures you Into something you don’t like or want but when you do he is there to help.Babcock should have more employees like him.
Ask for Josh the next time you are window shopping n he will gladly help you find the right thing. 5 *****

I came in a few times and each time I do the sales associate Amanda is always amazing! She’s not pushy, she gives you time to look around and she always making sure I’m up to date with sales. I highly recommend shopping with her! My mother absolutely adores her and shopped with her twice now and she’s highly satisfied with her service and items. Amanda is the best!!

I bought the extended warranty through Badcock Home Furniture and had a horrible experience with their extended warranty service. It was so bad that Badcock had lost me as a customer. Then I spoke with the store manager, Joshua Boyle. Joshua listened empathetically, was apologetic and showed first-class service and professionalism. Joshua was determined to solve my problem expeditiously and he did his that. Joshua resolved my problem and kept me as a customer.

We love Badcock....Especially the Orange City and Deland locations. Everyone employee that we have came in contact with has been very nice and helpful. Today we were helped by Carter and Juliane and they were great. Carter helped me on the phone first and than him and Juliane both helped us in the store. I'm very pleased with there service.... I have to speak out when good customer service happens. The reclining mechanism in my 5 year old loveseat from Badcock Home Furniture broke. With no warranty they came to my home and repaired it. No charge. Badcock rules.

Badcock really means it when they say you’ll treat you right, Josh Boyle especially made me believe that. Ask for him and if you can’t get him, ask for who he recommends. They’ll treat you right.

I’ve been to this store recently the first time I met Amanda she was very sweet and polite, Amanda help me all the way throughout my purchase which is why I went back for a second time to purchase more furniture.
I would recommend Amanda in the orange city store to anyone looking to purchase furniture she is the best.

I went with someone else to look at furniture. They needed furniture for a first time apartment. Starter furniture. Prices were right, the gentleman was very nice, helpful and not pushy or following you. Nice comfortable atmosphere.
