The Original Mattress Factory

Recently moved to Ocala. We had purchased mattresses through OMF before in VA. Had a great experience there. We traveled to the closest one near Ocala, (a bit of a drive, well worth the trip) had another great experience. The salesman was top notch, explained everything to us and was extremely helpful. The delivery guys were great, very professional. Overall a wonderful experience, great customer service.

This was our second time at At the original mattress factory. The first time was in Orlando back in 2004 , we were very happy with the service and price then as well now. Our trip to the Villages store was a good distance, we live in Tavares Fl. The trip was worth it. Our salesman, Vic , was kind and generous with his time. Not at all pushy, looked up our last purchase and told us which mattress we purchased last time and explained the features of all the other mattresses as well . We purchased a different version this time as we are much older and wanted something a little softer. The experience was very nice and we will be back for another for the guest room after a few weeks of trying out this purchase. Ask for Vic , he’s very pleasant and a good guy. True to his word.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a mattress and 2 pillows.
The display room was orderly and clean; the representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery team was courteous and efficient. Could not ask for a better experience for purchasing an item. After 4 days of use, we are happy with the purchases.

In the market for a mattress, the first place we went was "The Original Mattress Factory"...I verbalized this to Jim, the person who took care of us, and he replied we would not need to go anywhere else. He was 100% right.

We recently purchased 2 Queen mattresses from OMF. The store sales person was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to our questions/needs, with absolutely no pressure tactics. Choosing the right mattresses for us was easy. Delivery was right on schedule and assembled without a hitch. Wish all transactions were this pleasant

My wife and I have been married for almost 30 years and have been searching for the elusive unicorn that is a comfortable bed. We have tried everything under the sun and our new Serenity Plush is working out great. We both are sleeping better and not waking up stiff and sore. The staff at The Villages location were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly and good prices compared to other beds we looked at.

I will have to agree with other reviews on here. This place is GREAT!!! no pressure to buy a mattress. No "selling". the salesman just told me all about the mattresses, answered my questions about the mattresses, and let me try them out. I found one i liked and will be buying it.

After going to 3 different mattress stores in The Villages and being pressured to buy today; we finally went to the Original Mattress Factory and we're amazed. Masks were worn and and single use mattress and pillow covers were used for testing. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. We chose a set that was comparable in specifications to a top of the line brand name model and saved several thousand dollars. We left the store with a quote and came back two days later and purchased the set. I am very glad that we went to the Original Mattress Factory.

Vic was very informative in helping us to decide on the best mattress without being
pushy. After the purchase he went above and beyond in helping us load the set to make sure we arrived home without incident. We have been very pleased with our purchase and are enjoying restful sleep.

The salesman was very helpful in helping us select our bed we have had it a week and love it!! We selected a king which is actually two twin so we could flip it easily as we are now older and can't pick up a king anymore. We have had Beautyrest mattresses for 30 years but changed to this new mattress because of the bad denting in our bed, it is so unsightly. we have had 4 mattresses form beautyrest BUT NO MORE!

The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. Of course gave us a comparison of their product vs competition. One thing I can’t stand is saggy edge of bed when I sit on it. Not sure how this is supposedly better but name brands think so. Theirs doesn’t. Found comfortable mattress set at great price. Will definitely use again.

Great place to purchase a mattress! You need not go anywhere else!!! Knowledgeable, helpful and great product. Delivery personnel were great also; on time and very nice and professional. Will not go anywhere else to purchase a mattress. Their prices are better than any other mattress store. Take a trip and you will see for yourself.
