Dunkin'

I went in for coffee and a donut and accidentally left my wallet on the counter. Hours later I discovered what happened and frantically went back to see if it was still there. Stephen, the young man behind the counter had put my wallet in a safe place and politely handed it to me. All of my credit cards and cash still in it. Stephen has given me hope for the future and should be commended for his genuine honesty and virtues

I get it they need more staff . But can I say every single time I go the food and drink is perfect . Never complain , they are always trying there best with customer service . They even help fix my drink a neighbor dunkin made terrible, they added what was suppose to be added and made my drink come back to life. 5 star for sure , 4 for atmosphere when it gets over crowded. But they work hard for what they have . Love this place.

Nice restaurant at this particular location, because they were friendly and the food was good and hot , or fresh.

Grat spot to get a snack and a good coffee or refresher. Food,service, and atmosphere are always great. I love my dunkin ❤ 💕

Great, everything you could ask for in a Dunkin Donuts! I was aknowledged when I came in. Service was quick and the Cappuccino was great.

Have to give this Dunkin Donuts a 5 star. I love DD coffee anyway, but the service was so fast.. and the bathroom was SO clean - I couldn't help but give a great review.

This store is run like a mom and pop shop. They are short staffed but get the job done. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years four times a week and have never had an issue. Coffee always on point and the food is made to order so there will always be a wait. They not only serve the walk in they have the food delivery people and pre-orders they also take care of so I can see where they are overwhelmed.

The Texastoast breakfast sandwich was the BEST!!

I only ever see 2 workers here. I’ve seen a 3rd one once or twice. I come here almost daily. The employees work so hard to cover this establishment, even with COVID making it hard to find employees. I have seen some customers be very nasty and rude to the employees and it isn’t fair to these hard workers. My coffee is always delicious and made just the way I like it. Thank you DD staff! Y’all rock!

First and foremost--Donuts....good. Coffee.....good. Service has gotten better. This is where we make our morning trek for coffee when we are in the area. Secondly...I wish Dunkin' would give them more staffing. STOP BEING CHEAP AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Those ladies are running their tails off in the morning and need more help.

They are always quick to help a customer plus the donuts and decalf coffee are great.

The Dunkin Donuts on Spanish Springs Town Square does not have a drive-thru, but what it lacks in convenience it makes up for in customer service. One of their machines was down, and they were not able to fill our mobile order - so they refunded our money for the coffee we had ordered and gave us free regular coffee with whatever we wanted added in. Kudos!

The Dunkin At Spanish Springs Is Great . I'm in there three times A Week. I see a lot of new employee faces. There Doing A Great Job . Cleanliness And Counter Service. They make it happen in a professional Manner. Great Job Dunkin Workers. Jim Wolfe.

Stopped in just for something sweet after dinner. Great apple fritter. They were getting ready to close and sent us home with several free doughnuts for next mornings breakfast as a bonus.

We are residents of The Villages, Florida and we drive our golf cart all the way to this location in the Spanish Springs section The Villages, Florida for our coffee and donuts. This Dunkin Donuts is always clean in the dining area and the outside dining area. Marcus and Amanda greeted us with a great personality and Tom made our coffees which was very good. While waiting we were looking at the bags of coffee and the different flavors. At first we were only going to purchase one bag then Amanda informed us about the sale on the bags of coffee. We purchased 5 bags of coffee. While sitting down drinking our cups of coffee and enjoying our donuts my husband decided to purchase another 2 bags of coffee. Amanda explained to us about the different flavors and we couldn't resist. Keep up the good work. Thanks from the Moulton's. There is another Dunkin Donuts in the Brownwood section of The Villages that needs a make over and cleaned up. The inside is not clean and even the inside of the entrance door is filthy and trash is all over the floors and tables. That is why we drive to the other end of The Villages in the Spanish Springs section to get our coffee and donuts.

BEST place for coffee in the area, due to great staff, great coffee and breakfast treats. Order ahead with their APP. Only wised they’d bring back bran muffin
