I took part in the PS5 console drop this morning and the staff handled everything very smoothly. I was able to get a PS5 bundle at retail price after a year of trying.

The employees were great. I usually go to the one in Newport but I had a specific console I was looking for and the workers there confirmed and since I told them I was on my way they put it to the side for me. Friendly And knowledgeable workers that look out for the regulars

Just had a great experience and wanted to share since usually only negative stuff does. Charlee (if I misspelled I apologize) was so kind, even saving me some money by letting me know about certain games made available for free with PS membership. His help was very much appreciated!

Every time I go the staff is incredibly polite and very down to Earth. No sales pressure of any kind and they will find what you are looking for and even call the store to hold it for you! So wonderful!

Go in and talk to Don. He is a very respectful person and cares what you have to say. A lot of knowledgeable towards games and consoles.

The staff here is extremely helpful to parents who don't know much about video games and their content. At Christmas they volunteered to call another store to see if what I needed was in stock and then had them hold it for me. Not only that I called to see if they had a certain item in stock and the girl who answered was able to tell me that there wasn't anything within a 100 Mike radius. I was so impressed because she didn't have to go out of her way to look because I didn't ask. She went above and beyond for her customer.

Great place to get used video games.

Quick trip to get presents for grandkids. Had no idea what i needed to get other than a name and system. They took the time to give me several options, asked several questions to make sure I was getting something age appropriate and they weren't trying to just go to the highest price available. Very helpful and courteous!

I have been coming to this gamestop for years. The employees are considerate and capable. They know their audience well and will tell you when a deal is good or not. Jon, who helped us this evening, took the time to explain everything I wanted to know. Was never condescending or impatient. And we felt we got exactly what we wanted. I will continue to shop here and reward good customer service.

Gamestop has never disappointed me. The people there are so friendly and happily help you pick the right system, games or accessories. I just bought a Nintendo 2ds today and the associate was more than happy to assist. I know buying things online is the preferred option for everything, but nothing beats a wonderful in store experience.

Love this place. Clean friendly. Always have cool stuff on sale. And they get online orders ready fast.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. The guy knew where it is and what they had of the platform I was looking for. Very nice and patient, he didn't seem stressed although he helped 3 people at the same time.

This is my favorite place to go for gaming supplies. The staff is nice, helpful, and has good knowledge about their products. I like how they are willing to be personable and strike up a conversation about gaming while you are there. Check it out!

Just went into store to buy some games and a charging cord for a DS3 for grandson. Very nice the moment I walked in and very helpful. I was asked many times if I had any questions or needed help. Nice experience!

Been here so many times and every time the staff was More than willing to help and answer questions, and even better, they always have a smile on their face.

The guys there are super helpful when it comes to figuring out what game you might like to try. They even heard me mention a figure I would have liked but missed the chance and without even asking one of them looked up the closest shop I could get one!
