I always enjoy going to the post office to ship items. Tom has always been helpful, pleasant and a pleasure to just have a small chat with while going through the process of getting the items ready to ship. I have had my kids in with me before and he’s pleasantly interacted with them and gave them coloring books which made their day. I love the small town feel of this PO and I don’t take my business anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. Thanks for all your help Mr. Tom!

perfect location with no lines (oops... i probably just invited all of Allentown here now!) and EXCELLENT service. Tom (the new young guy) is awesome! he's so professional, friendly and quick. much much better then the previous lady there. i think the whole town should get together and give him a christmas gift at the end of the year!

I am very impressed with our local post office. Tom is very helpful and knowledgeable and since I have a mail order business, he is always giving me tips about packaging. Also the local mail delivery has been perfect! I receive a lot of packages and they have all been delivered in perfect condition and on time! Thank you post office!

There isn't a time that I go here that I don't get exceptional service. I run a home based business and do a fair amount of shipping. All my questions get answered, I get help completing difficult shipments and all with kindness and a smile. This young man deserves a promotion. He is the epitome of customer service. I'm no longer afraid to go to my post office.

Staff is great...efficient, helpful and friendly! My first choice when I need a post office is Breinigsville. This PO is closed for lunch. Yes, I've gone when the window is closed but that's not USPS fault, it's mine. They still have Saturday hours and I am thankful the Breinigsville PO is still in business.

I really like to come to this post office, the service is so much better now. The new guy is a great person.

You are correct in your observations. She has given me wrong information about certified letters and other important information. Abrupt no manners rude and does not observe confidentiality. She was put off because there were several names associated with our P O Box. None of her business. She smokes and leaves her remains all over the ground. Cindy Hottinger the postmaster is a poor example of a postal worker.

Just left in complete and utter shock at how unprofessional the Woman worker was acting. I arrived at 1pm, she was not yet back from her lunch break. I guess she didn't want to open up to help me. She was saying very inappropriate things very loudly from behind counter, and how I CAN WAIT.

Miserable mail delivery lady… She refused to deliver mail once because according to her my car was parked near the mailbox. She even had the audacity to give me a hard time about where my car was parked on a public street! Whatever happened to delivering mail in all types of weather… Rain, sleet, snow, ice! My daughter has left a 5 x 7 envelope in the mailbox to be mailed for the last five days and she refuses to take it! Would love to hear what her excuse is for that one! She is a total waste of time!

I always thought it was just me who found her abrasive and lazy... I wish I knew these boards even existed 2 years ago when I moved here. I would literally drive to another post office if I was able to get a different mail carrier. She is lazy, grouchy, and I can't believe they havent replaced her yet. I tried to file a report once, but the people in the Allentown office never seemed to do anything with my complaint. Oh well, glad I got the chance to voice my concerns here at least.

normal guy for Green acres is great, he even stops and gives my dogs treats when he sees them out in the yard. the girl that runs on saturdays is terrible. she doesnt know the route, is miserable, and today i dont even think she ran so my paycheck wasnt delivered
