The worker Shelia there is the most pleasant upbeat person! I wish every place I went to had a person like her working. I purposely will go out of my way and only ever go to this post office once I went there for the 1st time and had a wonderful customer experience. I agree with the other reviews it does make it feel like that hometown post office feel because of her:) they should give her a raise, because she certainly deserves it. She’s the face for that post office and it’s a very blessed happy one.

The Lady at the service desk is super sweet! She chats with my little one while we are there and is always very helpful.

The woman who works here is very friendly and helpful. Love going over there. It’s like an old fashioned, hometown PO.

The reliability of mail service has decreased over the past year. There are a lot more occurrences of missing mail this year at this Post Office,
which have not been located. Losing mail compromises our personal security, which we have entrusted to the postal agents, who work there . Sadly, they do not look for missing items. Customer service has changed and it no longer is the friendly post office it previously was.

If you cannot send a pre-paid postage package, then you shouldn’t be working at the post office. I have seen incompetent postal workers at every post office. This Zionsville, PA location is no different. Useless

Unfortunately Sheila is not longer at this post office. Been replaced with another incompetent postal worker who felt the need to tell me i had an attitude problem as i was walking out the door. I wish i would have turned around and said excuse me but i just walked out. There customer service is awful.

Never open, second time I came here after calling a few days ago and it still isnt open
