Dunkin'

I received my order promptly and accurately. I always order my bacon well done. The gentleman handing me my order made sure to let me know he made it well done. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I love getting my iced caramel latte here! They do a great job and they engender my order and me. That is really nice. I'm a big fan of the Breakfast taco with bacon. It is delicious and really hits the spot!
I do miss the old manager. He was a true gem!

Ohhh, to be greeted by name every morning with a friendly smile. I absolutely love this Dunkin! I don't know her name, but she gives me my coffee and asks about my day, this is a confidence boost for your psyche! I always leave with a happy face!! Thank you!

I've been to this location a few times now since moving to the area and I've had no issues with my orders. Quality of my drinks and food have been good. The staff have always been great. Special shout out to the team working on 9/12/23 around 7PM.

I never have an issue here, I do notice sometimes the window people don't speak to me, reason being they are also listening for new orders on head set, so I could care less. There's tons of great workers there and never have issues.

After at least 3 years of purchasing my large ice Americano from over two dozen different stores throughout Chicago land, this is the first location that consistently provides a quality and correct beverage made to my order. The staff is friendly and personable and cares about what they do. Thank you staff at this location. Keep up the good work!

I always go to this location & my coffee taste great every time. The drive thru line never worries me because they’re super fast. And the girl at the window is always super sweet & smiling wether it’s 6am or 10 am!

Fast, friendly service. Plus she was very patient with me pulling three different things up on my phone. An email with a free Donut, the T-mobile app and the the dunkin app.

This is the best location in the area. Staff is so awesome, and my iced coffee is the perfect color every time 😀

We walked up to the counter the cashier gave a donut to my inpatient four year old!! Excellent customer service. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee were made promptly and to perfection. I recommend this place.

This Oswego location is EXCELLENT. Clean, quick friendly service, items always fresh and they don't rip you off on drink sizes (see my review about the Broadway St shop in Aurora which is the worst DD in creation.)
