I just bought a used truck from them last week. Great truck for a fair deal. Batteries on the truck were working when I left the lot, but 2 days later they slowly started losing their charge. When I told them about it they quickly changed them out with brand new ones at no charge. No fuss or argument. Great customer service. Manager was easy to talk to and wanted to give good customer service. Test drove several trucks. Many to choose from in the F-250 line.

If you want something a little bit "extra", you won't find it on those other car lots. But I bet Pratt City Ford has what you're looking for!

My truck began to misfire when I was 20 miles past Pratt City on my way to Albuquerque. I was long ways from home, and twice as far from destination. Usually I work on the truck myself, but there was no way I could pull off a quick replacement of ignition coil while traveling under persistent rain conditions.

I remembered passing by the Ford dealership, and decided to turn back for Pratt City. I pulled up to the service entrance and explained my situation. They made room for my truck inside the shop, and got a mechanic to start troubleshooting. Two hours later I was back on the road, with truck happily humming along.

I am extremely happy with the service I received, considering I dropped in without appointment. Great bunch of guys in the service department.

Late at reviewing, but needed everyone to know the folks at this place are AMAZING. Long story short, we're from Tex. My daughter attends Barclay in KS. Her car broke down headed home for summer. Ford folks went a got her where she was stranded. Took her back. Let her sit in the new showroom Stangs. Fixed her car for low low money. Had her back on the road in less than 2 hours. The storm was coming so one of the ladies said they would go to her house in shelter if needed. They sent her own her way to Texas and told her to call if anything happen outside of area and they would come get her. NOW THAT'S AMAZING. So glad we found them. TEXAS SIZED THANK YOU. YOU PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL. We felt so helpless 7 hours away. We can't thank you enough. ❤❤😀😀😀

We were on our way through town when our brakes failed. The team immediately brought our truck in to diagnose the problem, sourced the part at another dealer, drove there and back to get it, and had us back on the road in less than three hours. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Thanks especially to Bob in parts for going the extra mile to recommend a route to our destination and even check the weather forecast to make sure we wouldn’t hit any snow on the way.

Had a dead battery on a Honda Accord. They went out of their way to come jump it and then install a new batter on a day it was 110 degrees out. Exceptional customer service!
