My partner and I are in here twice a week and always receive the friendliest greetings. The employees are always fun to talk with and provide excellent, timely service. Thank you!

Quick service food done in 3 mins, fully cooked hot fries. Even quick while busy, great experience

Service is quick...nice atmosphere, clean...nice location...behind sushi, left side Walmart, ride side plaza

Musta had a new hire because the cashier didn't know how to do the online the guys from the back got my order out really quick

Clean, spacious McDonalds.
If we are th as t way again, we will stop here for sure. I took pics to show how open and modern this McDonald's is; it is definitely one if the nicer ones.

We were driving through Pratt and stopped for Dinner. I was impressed at how clean both the dining room and the restrooms were. Coming from Arizona I was also impressed that the restrooms were not locked and nobody hassled me about using it before I ordered my food. The food was ready very quickly and it was very fresh. It was one of the best Big Macs I remember having in recent years. The staff was friendly.

Fast, efficient,friendly and cheap. You can tell all of the workers treat each other like family. Considering how much attitude and rudeness they put up with, it amazes me how friendly they still are. They always make me laugh and they have me addicted to the mango pineapple smoothie. So good!!!

Lobby was clean and well kept. Staff was great. Very well run store.

The service here is sub par. I went through the drive thru today and waited 16 minutes. Saturday took my son in and ordered. Took 27 minutes. Service is lacking. So much for fast food

Stopped in for an iced tea and cup of coffee in the late afternoon. It was nice and clean including the restroom. Such friendly and helpful staff!! The tea was very fresh and they made fresh coffee for us. We will definitely stop in again on our return trip!!

We stopped here, as interstate travelers (July), walking in at lunch time on a Thursday. The place was totally packed, but the line was short. Not being regulars at McDonald's we had questions about some items and the cashier was super-patient with us. They nailed our large order quickly, and we were back on the road fast.

Okay totally honesty, probably not a great overall review but we only ordered shamrock shakes.
I look forward to them every March and the McDonald's in my town has had a broken ice cream machine all month!!!! I was thrilled and several states Away to finally get one.
So yes, 5 stars for my shamrock shakes☘😁

*Update: service still struggles but a very nice young man names Sky (sp?) was extremely helpful last time I stopped. They were extremely busy but he still found time to meet my needs, answer my questions, and keep a cheerful countenance despite being bullied by his fellow employees. The other two young men working the front were straight mean to him and ignored me needing help.

Although we have struggled with service at this location- including burnt coffee, missing items, incorrect items, and rude/aggressive service- our visit yesterday was wonderful. Not only did the mod bend over backward to help us but the food was amazing. Probably the best food and service we've received from this McDs in the almost 4 years that we've lived in the area.

A employee named Noah saved my life when I started choking on my food he gave me cpr and I owe him my life. Best service I've ever had!!!!

From out of town but I've been here twice now in the last couple weeks. The lady who takes orders/payments at drive through is the best. Super sweet! Just interacting with her made my day. Give her a raise. At drive thru about 4 pm today.

This McDonald's in Pratt Kansas was amazing very clean inside and out the people that worked there was very polite and courteous. Husband had a big mac and French fries and he said it just wasn't throw in the box it was nice and clean in the box not like a mess. I had 2 mcchicken and everything was well done. I haven't been to a McDonald's in a long time that was this nice.

We went through the drive-thru and they were very kind and quick.
