A must visit for the wine lover at the lake! A lovely cozy shop that has everything from world class Burgundy to niche South African Pinotage! The food is always amazing and Maryellen and the staff will treat you like family.

Lots of wines from all over. Not a winery but a wine distributor. Coming from PA where wineries are pretty abundant, we thought it was a small scale winery. They do private parties with 8 or more and their hours are posted on their site. Lots of choices no matter your wine preference and prices are good!

My friends and I had a wine tasting with Maryellen had such a wonderful experience! She chose great wines that fit all our tastes. She was very knowledgeable and so kind! We had a great time and I went home with the perfect Pinot Noir! Will definitely return next time I am in Deep Creek!

The cultural pairings dinner event experience was wonderful! The food and wine were delicious! Mary Ellen (owner) provided a true overall positive experience. My husband and I will continue to explore the Fireside Deli and Wine shop events!

Stopped in for a sandwich and wine but got way more. Personable and knowledgeable staff; ordered paninis, wine, and cheese to pair with the wine. Unique and delightful cheese selection.

I don't live close to here but I'm definitely making the trek back for the atmosphere and food.

My family found this place a few years ago on a leisurely drive around Deep Creek. This quaint shop is lovely to drop by for simple wine tastings and a quick bite. They have a wonderful wine selection and the kindest staff!

High quality wines from mostly small batch wineries. Wine tastings held often by the owner. Staff does great sandwiches to include panni bread.

A must stop when in Deep Creek Lake. Wine is excellent.. Maryellen the owner is very knowledgeable of her wines and food is good. It's like the Cheers of Deep Creek Lake.

this is thee place to go if you're having a restful relaxing saturday afternoon. delish soup and sandwiches. impressive selection of wine. rustic romantic ambience.

Had a very enjoyable after noon with friends and family. The 90+ wine is my favorite. Can’t wait to go back and try the food.

Can't beat the friendly service and choices of wine and also has micro brews for the non wine drinker....Great place to hang for lunch. Also has music on select evenings (Saturdays)
