Easy 5 star review, Bradley is top tier. This store is excellently run, and I will definitely use this T-mobile as my "home store" going forward.

Haven't been with teen mobile very long but so far my experience has been good. Sarah at the store always finds time to help me with my questions and concerns and always does so with a positive attitude. Would recommend

Today's visit was pretty quick and easy for me. Getting a phone seems complicated, but with the help from the staff it went pretty smoothly. Vy really went out of her way to help me, even though they were super busy. She some how managed to help me at the same time. I really enjoyed her customer service. I recommended my friends to come to this location, even with the drive I think it's definitely worth it. That's Just because every T-Mobile you have to wait or undergo some obstacle. 10/10 I think this is the best location. & if y'all come to this specific location ask for Vy. She's super nice and easy to talk to. Had I not had her I really didn't think I would get in and out so quickly. So thanks again for finding my new T-Mobile spot.

Best customer service experience I ever had! Marianne and Pebels helped me switching over 5 lines from AT&T with crazy promotions. I’m getting $100 rebate card for each of my lines. That’s crazy!! I’m super happy! T-Mobile is the best but this store exceeded my expectations. Thank you ladies!

Ruth the new manager was extremely helpful to me and other customers even though they were busy she was able to help me and 2 other groups at the same time so we could do things in a timely manner. I can see why she was promoted and she is awesome! Vy was amazing as well helping me with my phone!

This is an outstanding T-Mobile location. Ruth, who is the manager, is so helpful and great to deal with. The service with T-Mobile is the best by far. I have used all three major carriers and I am a T-Mobile customer for life. I highly recommend this store.

My first interaction with T-Mobile and this is by far, the best customer service I have ever received from telecommunications company. Marianne and Vy were well informed, nice and helpful. They helped switch over my service from Verizon, got me a deal for a new phone, port over my phone and transferred all my data. I will definitely come back!

Usually at most T-mobiles they want you in and out and tend to push sales and upgrades. At the Dawsonville location the associate Ruth made me feel like a valued customer and took her time servicing me on what i needed! She helped me upgrade my phone and gave me a great deal on accessories! Definitely recommend this location for great service!

Best customer service!! I went into the store and was greeted as soon as i stepped in! I had an appointment with Vy Le and she helped me right away - no time to waste! I hate waiting, but i was in and out within TEN minutes!! She understood what my problem was and she helped me quickly yet diligently with my cellphone needs. I give her 5 stars!! Thank you for all your help!! Will be coming back to this location in the future if i have anymore problems!

Switching from Verizon has never been easier! With carrier freedom we were able to move all of our phones onto the new magenta max plan with better deals, cheaper upgrades and amazing service. Thank you Vy for your amazing customer service from beginning to end! happy T mobile customers :)

I was told that I would get a text message after my visit so that I could rate my experience, unfortunately that text never came and I could not rave like I wanted... So here I am finding an alternative. This store is AWESOME, I have been here multiple times and could never speak a negative word. Tamika (spelling?) was the sweetest and she was so helpful, in fact every person on her team was helpful and each one did an excellent job! Sadly I'm horrible with names or else I would gladly call out each person in the store. (I believe DJ was another )I spent a few hours in the store as the team tried to assist with my phone issues, to some that sounds like a chore being somewhere for hours, but I have to say I enjoyed every minute of my wait. Just watching the way Tamika and her crew would interact with each other as well as the customers was enough to make anyone feel welcome and entertained. They had me laughing and I could really tell these people love their job! By the time I left they had me wondering if I needed to make a career change and come work with all the fun people! Every time I drive by I'm tempted to go in and hang out! This store has such a fun atmosphere and they offer excellent customer service! I could not rave enough!

This was the first time I ever went and handled my own business regarding my own phone plan. The girls were super helpful and kind. They were also a lot of fun to be around. Honestly some of the best costumer service. If you want to switch to t-mobile I highly recommend doing so at this store.

Went to T-Mobile to get a new phone for my husband and we ended up switching over 2 lines for Boost and 1 from MetroPcs. We received an extra line for free and also a free table. This the best experience I’ve ever had with wireless company. Marianne and Hailey made everything smooth and easy for us. I recommend this place 100%. Gracias

I came in wanting to upgrade my iPhone 8 Plus to the 11 and Marianne helped me swiftly, and knowledgeably assisted me with not only getting my phone upgraded but also helped me get an Apple Watch I qualified for (that I’ve always wanted). I just want to say that Vy Le did an amazing job and made the process super smooth and easy! She is so friendly and helpful and resolved my problem in no time when I couldn’t get anyone to help online. Definitely 10/10 and would totally recommend to anyone who’s thinking/currently using t mobile!
