Very friendly staff. They helped me research an item and search other GS. It is a little disappointing that GS doesn't allow you to order all of their items online but it is no fault of these locations. Very clean and organized store too!

Staff is always so friendly and helpful, popped up last night super close to the time the store was supposed to be closing. I was helped out by Amber and she was extremely helpful and caring. You could tell that she actually cares about the customers that she's dealing with on a daily basis, and its super nice to have someone like that in the customer service field. Will forever go to this location!

Small store but they have items that have been long forgotten due to new age technology. This was the ONLY place that had a Nintendo64 and its accessories for sale locally. They have a great collection of games for basically any console or device. The store itself is very neat and well organized accompanied with a friendly, knowledgeable staff. They make you feel comfortable and welcome vs. Other places that make you feel on edge and intently "watched".

Fair prices on new and used items. If you don't play your ga,es no ,ore they also buy gaming systems and games etc. All employees I have seen know there games there.

They always go out of their way to look things up for me and they give me great advice about games and investments in my consoles. Everyone here has a great attitude and cracks jokes with the customers, it's a great and welcoming place

Good spot. Like this location due to it being tucked away a bit and not in the heavier populated areas. It seems to have a better collection of used games available with more unique titles. The staff is fantastic and if time permits are more than willing to walk you through their experience and opinion. They are happy to help you find titles if not in their store and there is little pressure to purchase beyond your intent even with pre-orders. Always a good experience.

I've been shopping at this locations since it's opened. Love going in there and talking to the workers getting their reviews on games, Love how the collectible section has grown over the years. I stop in once a week just to look around see what's new.Even if they don't have the item that you're looking for in stock they will do their best to find what store has one and will call them and have them put it on hold for you. I've done this multiple times. When trading games in they're always very pleasant and easy to deal with.

My grandchildren and I have spent thousands of dollars here lol. I bought three PS4's about 4 years ago for them and many (maybe) a hundred games since in addition to new controllers several times. The employees are Great, we've never had a bad experience.

Sales/ Customer Service guys were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Friendly as well! The store was clean and everything was in an organized fashion.

The lady there was awesome! I was interested in buying Yu gi oh cards for my son and the boxes didn't have details of the content. She looked it up for me on her personal phone. I really appreciate that

The store is very clean and well kept, with the product displayed alphabetically in clearly labeled sections, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable people who seem to enjoy their work and, in my experience, go the extra step to help their customers.

Went into the store to buy my grandson a PlayStation card for his birthday. I was pleasently surprised that I didn't have to look for it because I was in a hurry. The cashier asked me what I was looking for and then she found the dollar amount of the card I was looking for. Very fast service. Will definitely go back there again.

My son has grown to love GameStop. He likes looking at the anime collectibles, getting accessories, Pokemon cards, and games here. The staff are typically friendly and helpful. It would be cool if they had more things like models you can build say for demon slayer or 9ther popular anime or other things like that on the floor here but it is a smaller store.

OUTSTANDING customer service. I called during the Covid 19 shutdown on an item that was nowhere regionally, and wasn't available for shipping. Noah, the manager kind of explained why this time was a difficult for stores because many were closed. He said he would look anyway and we found 3 stores that were closed, and he said he would call to see what he could do. He called me back and said all 3 were a no-go due to this or that, but said "hey, I don't have a lot going on and this sounds like something fun - give me some time to see what I can do". I expected bad news, and had written the item off. He called a bunch of stores. Some were closed, some couldn't ship, but found one in freaking California by popping in random zip codes. I said "wow" like it was the first time I used the word correctly. Thank you Noah. This level of commitment to customer service is unheard of.

A few friends and I visited here to look around at games, and had a great time. The staff was very kind in trying to help in any way and the place was very well kept - clean, organized, etc. I come here all the time to shop for games, and I'm always pleased. I would recommend this certain location of Game Stop for anyone looking for great selection and service!
