I called the customer care because of a phone issue with my son’s phone and went to level two IT and then to the engineer and they couldn’t figure it out. Came into the store a nice lady named Avril help me and fix the issue. Great service she should get a raise and probably the engineers job.

Shoutout to the store manager, TJ Walsh. Him and his team were a huge help in getting me a new phone since my last one broke. The customer service is fantastic. Thank you to everyone who helped!

This T-Mobile store usually has a great selection of phones. My most recent visit is about a T-Mobile business account. I tried the T-Mobile at home because that's where my business is. However the area that I'm in was just not compatible, even though on paper it looks like it should be. T-Mobile business has been difficult to deal with. However I went to this store and was finally able to get everything resolved because one of the employees Avril sat there with me for over half an hour until we could finally resolve the situation. T-Mobile is a company might still need to work on some business issues, but the personal cell phone service has always been outstanding.

Feeling supremely relieved to have switched service from Verizon to T-mobile today. For 2 lines we are saving $65, but more importantly, feeling good about having a service provider that DOESNT charge $10 to speak to a human being about random billing charges. Thank you to Casson for hooking us up with a rad deal! He was so friendly, informed, and made this process so smooth.

My husband and I recently needed to upgrade our phones. Avril was a huge help, and we had a great time talking to her while waiting for our data to transfer over. Thank you Avril for making something so mundane really enjoyable!

I don't remember her name, she wear glasses and has long dark brown hair, but she was extremely helpful and empathetic. I needed to repair my phone screen. She helped me file a claim to fix my phone, and even wrote down the directions on a piece of paper to help me navigate where to go. Whenever I visit this location, I am wowed by their customer service. Very nice people!!!

My husband and I are elderly and not very high functioning with some of the I-phone's electronics, so we stopped for some help and Austin has just been wonderful and patient in explaining everything to us. What wonderful customer service! I hope his supervisor knows what an outstanding employee he has in Austin.

Jackson was super nice and helpful. He put on a new screen protector on my phone in like 5 minutes.

Super grateful for the excellent customer service from Jordan S at the Wadsworth/Crestline store! Even though it was a busy day, she took time to help with my phone set up and went the extra mile to make sure I was connected. She was kind and courteous through it all. Two thumbs up!

Interesting experience today, but appreciate how the employees at this store handled the situation. I came in to trade in an old phone, and was waiting for an available employee to assist me. 5 or 10 minutes after, a very rude customer came in and demanded that he was first in line. I mentioned I had been waiting and was next, but this person tried arguing with me and kept insisting they were first. Thankfully, the T-Mobile employee quickly diffused the tense situation and assisted this person to avoid escalation. While the employee helped the entitled man-child first, he immediately apologized to me for this customer's behavior and had another employee that was on break quickly come help me out. I appreciated and respected how they handled the issue. The trade-in process was quick and easy, too!

As someone who has been in the wireless industry for 20+ years, I have to say that Sam is a true rockstar! She helped my mom upgrade her iPhone and she was great! I can not say enough good things about her! She was friendly, courteous and most importantly, knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the young lady Jordan that works at T-Mobile. She was multi tasking back and forth helping me and another customer because the store was busy. I give her 5 stars. Thanks Jordan for your good customer service!

I've had not great experiences at other T-Mobile stores, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this location is friendly, helpful and actually pleasant. I received such great service from Noah in selecting a phone (which I'm very pleased with) that I happily recommend this store and especially Noah. I was really pleased with my experience here! I had a slightly complicated setup and had to port a phone number from an old carrier. I worked with Anthony and Jordan and they were both incredibly helpful and nice! I’m so appreciative of their work to get me setup and jump into the problem solving it took to get squared away! One of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent memory. Noah and particularly Bekah, we're able to walk me through a very difficult day having lost my phone when my truck broke down the same day as well. Excellent customer service from an experienced professional salesperson. Highly recommend.

The customer service at this location is consistently fantastic. I wanted to look into upgrading my iPhone to the newest model from the XS, and most places have been back ordered with no real timeline of when to check back. Noah thoroughly explained the differences between the new iPhone 12 models to me and I felt like he was most concerned with finding which was the best fit for me based on why I wanted to upgrade in the first place. He went above and beyond to give me an actual timeline of realistic shipment expectations and even texted me to let me know when they received a shipment of the 12 pro earlier than expected, AND in the color I wanted! I was able to get my new phone and get all my data switched over with Noah’s help in under an hour. I will definitely be recommending this T-Mobile location to family and friends when they’re due for an upgrade.

I have had great experiences each time I've had to visit this store for an upgrade on a phone or had a billing question. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Erton, specifically, is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful staff person that I have had the pleasure of seeing on several occasions. He even helped an elderly customer up a step during one of my visits. I also witnessed another staff person patiently helping another elderly lady navigate her phone.
